TrenboloneTax: Hybrid Cycling / Lifting Log aka Make Hulk Bike Fast

I like the primo look better as well but I gotta feel good at the same time so same boat as you.

I wish I had stocked up on Masteron raws before the drought. I'll likely throw some in over the summer just to get that dryer look. In the meantime, I'll be doing as you mentioned and pushing the test and EQ as I rebound out of this cut.

Whats your stack looking like now that you've switched over and also dropped the DNP? You're going to look insane in the 250's.
So, I got a little wild with GH and bumped AAS doses up temporarily when I started DNP cuz fat loss and muscle retention you know. Which is why I think I'm still retaining water. But now that we're post DNP, my stack will be and is:

250mg test / 300mg EQ / 200mg mast / 6iu GH

Going to consider throwing in 25mg var / 25mg winstrol these last 4 weeks while I continue to cut.

Going to add in some extra LISS daily outside of the 30 to 40min dog walk.

10mg mots-c EoD
bit of salbutamol before weights and dog walk while fasted
10mg methylene blue
10mg reta weekly

Think that's all? Other boring stuff like telmisartan, hcg, armodafinil, etc.

Wouldn't expect anything less from you. Ha.

Give that good girl an extra walk. Win win.

What's the plan after the cut? Do you consider this a "health phase"?

Probably drop the EQ or the mast. Or cut everything in half. Still kinda need to control e2 from hcg.

Drop GH to 4iu probably.

Perhaps

250 test / 150 eq / 100 mast / 4iu gh

125 test / 150 eq / 100 mast / 4iu gh

125 test / 300 eq / 100 mast / 4iugh

Not 100% sure yet what it'll be but it will be lower doses than currently.

I'm thinking I would like to give 125 test / 150 eq / 100 mast a shot

My health phase will time up exactly when baby is born lol

Nope, I wish! It wasn't terrible, I just feel overall better on EQ + Mast to try and emulate the primo look.

The only thing I would add to that is Masteron because I do enjoy the dryness of DHT derivative. But that's totally optional and it might be better from a muscle building standpoint to stick with test + EQ and push those total mg up than including masteron.
Wrong, you push those MG up and add primo as well. I mean what are you? A fucking baby amateur gym piripiri or a meathead?

What's the takeaway....?

Blood work on its own ain't gonna cut it.

Routine ekg, echos, and plaque surveillance are key.
i just did the whole heart /lungs testing with ct scans on lungs, ekg/echo/stress test with dye etc, the only thing i need to get done is a calcium plaque score which i was told would be soon, Did some decent bloodwork yesterday , they took 8 larger tubes of blood, i felt depleted after lol , but tis the season , im curious to see how my markers were affected from the SLUPP,, if at All,,

I'm sure we all have our own takeaways. Mine:

- Being that heavy, even if it's 100% muscle, is beyond unhealthy
- That 7,000 calorie diet full of trash is a road to dying early
- Avoiding a large dose of daily cardio is unhealthy
- Justifying your unhealthy decisions based on the longevity of others in your family is negligence
- Health supplements are overrated and give people a false sense of security
- We should not be cheering on those in our cohort while they slowly kill themselves
- It's not cute or honorable to die at 38 from something so completely predictable and preventable
- Even if bloodwork is literally perfect with all values in range, every single bullet above continues to apply. Bloodwork is just as overrated as health supplements
- If you feel like you need more sophisticated diagnostic tests routinely to inform yourself about your health then you are making terrible decisions about your health

You've been very considerate on this topic. My opinions.

Absolutely true.

Yep. Genes are what they are. But yes.
- Avoiding a large dose of daily cardio is unhealthy

Cardio, cardio, cardio. Amen.
- Justifying your unhealthy decisions based on the longevity of others in your family is negligence

Yep.

- Health supplements are overrated and give people a false sense of security
Very broad.

- We should not be cheering on those in our cohort while they slowly kill themselves

That's a lot of empty threads then. I tend to agree. I am trying my best but not many like a wet blanket.

- It's not cute or honorable to die at 38 from something so completely predictable and preventable

Very sad.

Not following.

- If you feel like you need more sophisticated diagnostic tests routinely to inform yourself about your health then you are making terrible decisions about your health

My point was if you are going after the "get big or die trying" approach then the least you could do is proper surveillance to give yourself a better picture. It would be actionable data. Blood work by itself is incomplete.

I do agree with you. I am just feeling very negative about this entire space right now.
Understood. Thank you for raising awareness. On the one hand, (1) I have BD and always want to be bigger and more ripped. On the other, (2) I realize what a death cult this is once properly distilled. I too suffer from the cognitive dissonance. But typically the latter (2) wins out.

Take care Brother.

I know someone like that.

Daniel’s passing is a tragedy, certainly don’t wish that on anyone’s family or friends.

But I hope it served as a wake up call to many in the bodybuilding community. If nothing else, an honest evaluation of their own use.

It definitely gave me a little extra to think about; another “self evaluation” if you will. For that, I am grateful.
Wait, What?!
DanielTx from PM died?
WTF

I haven't been over there in a while.
I remember that dude was huge and if memory serves me correct he was a high dose guy.

That really sucks. Prayers for his family and friends if indeed true.

Man I am in the same boat. BD big time - one day I want to be jacked and the next day I want to be a skinny runner, but unless I'm both at the same time I'm unhappy with how I look and feel. Fortunately I'm self aware enough to occasionally snap out of it and realize I'm a 1%er (like many here) in terms of how I look in reality. It's more of a situation of always wanting more.

I also have a good case of orthorexia going. It's a daily struggle. I envy people who just eat what they want when they want and don't even know what a calorie is.

Sardines and Brussel sprouts is all I can say. I felt guilty having some strawberries with Splenda yesterday. Haha.
