Yea I'm a pretty dense dude. Not the typical massive amount of sarcoplasmic hypertrophy typically associated with bodybuilders. But I personally prefer the dense powerbuilder look.

Yup, that wall paper is hideous. Old ass house so it must be the OG wallpaper from the 50's.
 
Question for you brother...

Are you still running cardarine? I'm about to get some and I've never tried it. Any advice for the first time user? I'm excited to try it but i don't really have any reason to use it other than that I love cardio and training so anything that helps with those things sounds appealing. Is it a compound which requires cycling or can it be run year round? Put another way, can I just add it in at 10-20 mg/day for general stamina improvement or is it something which is better saved for a specific goal such as fat loss or an endurance event? I guess I don't have a very clear idea of how damaging to one's health it might be in the long run. The whole fear of cancer thing seems overblown but, then again, would definitely suck if it's a real thing
