Has anyone had any success in treating "trensomnia" with non-pharmaceutical methods (no interest in using sleep meds or barbiturates)?

Even at ~200mg's/week of tren I get hit HARD with insomnia, rendering it essentially worthless and counterproductive....

Honestly nothing works man. Lowering the dose , stopping or using meds (seroquil ime)
Nothing has work for you, I'm assuming, right?

I'm not sure the statement "nothing works" is necessarily a universal truth... Possibly there are methods that you have not yet explored, right?

Correct thank you for the clarification. Good luck let us know if you figure something out.

Personally benadryl hasn't worked.

Ambien has worked
I am not sure if lunesta will. I got a hold of it after I was done with tren
No experience with Seroquel. Was told it may work

Other possible options which I am unsure about. Trazadone. Mirtazepine. Sonata.

Traz works but is very tough to handle the next morning ime. Makes me super groggy.

Even when I did get to sleep running Tren, I don’t believe I was getting a lot of REM or the proper cycles for restful sleep. If that makes any sense. Like even if I could get six hours I didn’t feel like I had.
And the only way I did was with sleep aids which you are not looking to use. I’m interested to hear if someone has something unique that worked for them.

Interesting... I have been getting around 4 hours and it feels like pure trash... So, I'm interested to hear if anyone else has had positive experiences without pharmaceuticals...Trazodone, Ambien, Lunesta, etc. are all unappealing to me).

No not even weed MK677 knocked me out but it comes with a lot of water.
I am going to try CBD + THC edibles tonight and see how it goes... I'll report back... Historically, this combo has been effective in helping me fall asleep. However, I have found my sleep quality still suffers (likely due to the THC). But, still better than the 4 hours I'm getting currently...

I tried all the meme solutions: no carbs at night, magnesium supplements etc and the only thing that works is a fan blowing on you all night

do you have trouble falling asleep, or you wake up throughout the night?
Weed is the only thing that helps me.

I eat melatonin gummies, but mainly so I can pretend I'm having a sweet snack.
Realistically, and unfortunately, it's both... I've tried melatonin and it works for a short period of time... However, I build a tolerance to it very quickly...

I'm daily thc user maybe thats why I don't get the insomnia until 400mg. Higher dosages I get crazy waking up multiple times throughout the night let's say at 700mg.
At 400 I don't get insomnia at all sleep like a bird even with higher test in the mix
