tri's

My favorite was brain crushers heavy as hell..I cannot ever do them again..they were destroying my elbows...I like weighted dips and holding it and contracting them at the top.

Close-grip bench or California press are awesome for size. Going real heavy with those ends up bothering my wrists (I dont use wraps).

Get the terminology right dennis[:o)]

Here's my favorite. Found a way to go heavy, hit all three heads, and not kill the elbows:

Set up a flat bench under the smith. Set the bench so the bar comes down halfway between the navel and bottom of sternum. Hold the bar palms up, wide grip, tuck the elbows in. Perform the press like you would any other, keeping the elbows in the whole time. The position of the bar allows for more tri work, less shoulder and pec, and the fixed smith position allows you to not drop the bar on your stomach.

You can't not luv this.;)
