I am starting Triz and want to ask those who are using it for any tips when first stating
Thanks for the feedback

GI sides and appetite suppression are inextricably linked. The nausea isn't a side effect as much as one of your body's natural mechanisms trying to get you to eat less. You can't reduce one without the other.

Back off on the next dose if the sides are too much. That's how it would be handled if you were on pharma. It always starts tapering off by the 4th day after pinning you so don't have long to wait. If you were ok on 5mg go back to that.

Not an advocate of multiple doses per week for several reasons.

Once you're ok, try a smaller increment if you want a stronger effect. Increase to 6mg and see how it goes. That flexibility in dosing is one advantage of vials vs pens.

Do I need to keep it at 2.5mg increments or is it alright to use 6 or 6.5mg ?

Do you think using more BAC water actually makes it less effective?

It'll just change time to peak concentration. As it is, that's between 8 and 72 hours with pharma. So if you're one of the people who hits peak quickly, which I suspect are the people who get the worst sides, a larger volume amount will "smooth the ramp up", potentially reducing sides, What you don't want to do is lower the volume and intensify it though, I usually hit max appetite suppression about 36 hours after the injection.

You can use whatever dose you want. The increments are just a practical limitations of the pens,

I don’t get any negative sides at all from Tirz after the first week.

Hey all, just about to start tirz thought i'd just as if there's anything to add to this to keep in mind whilst taking it:
Psyllium husk
Lots of water
High Protein
Potentially omeprazole
To aim for .5ml a dose

I have about 4 months worth, is the best way to store the non reconstituted tirz in the fridge in a box? Thinking about getting some kind of mini fridge but for now hoping this will do.

Cheers!

Yes. You may want loparamide (imodium tablets) on hand just in case, 2 x 2mg tabs at the first sign of diarrhea and 1 tab each time after that until it resolves.

Obviously that's an OTC available from any drug store, but it's much cheaper and a more effective prescription form if you happen to be making an order with one of the PCT vendors (drug is called "Roku").

Storing in a box in the fridge for 4 months is fine, though don't put it somewhere it will be constantly moved like a drawer.
