Trouble with meals at work

If I am near a piece of diesel equipment, I put my container in the engine compartment for about an hour or so to warm it up. Sometimes I have to eat my meals cold. It sucks but if you really want to get big, you have to make sacrifices. I always take 2 meals to work. Usually chicken and rice then a beef and rice or some other carb. I also like to eat starkist tuna packs sometimes. I take a hot buffalo one and a ranch one and mix them together to make a buffalo ranch
 
I work my forty hours in three days so I carb cycle and skip carbs at work. 500 grams ground chicken with some low sodium taco powder. 500 grams of steamed brussel sprouts. Small carton of egg whites with 3 or four whole eggs, throw some cheese and turkey breast deli meat in. 1/3 cup almonds, 2 scoops of protein with water and a peice of salmon usually 200 grams. I eat all of it cold and the same thing three days in a row. Takes one hour to cook it all for three days of food. That usually makes my macros 15 carbs 40 fat 45 protein
