TRT and ED

Looking at your platlets, alkline phophotase, neutrophils, and other factors. I beleive that you have low adrenal issues NOT HIGH which is not enough to deal with your given stress levels. If you are fighting an infection you should be as high as 30 in the serum levels. YOu could have a hidden infection that could be affecting your HPTA resulting in your low testosterone. What size need are you using to inject, where are you injecting, and how much body fat do you have ? You may also be a hypoexcretor of testosterone which could mean some kind of hidden stress is chewing it up. We would do Rhiens urine test to verify how much you are excreting and compare ratio of different hormones to see what kind of clincal pics it represents.

My body fat is probably around 7% to 8% its always been low. 195 198lbs 6'1 Can veins all threw my arms quads and calf's. I'm not on a low fat diet. My diet is pretty solid. Was gone over by my nutritionist high protein with lots of veggies and complex carbs with around 60g of mixed fats mostly omega 3 and 6 going by my lipid panel i think I'm doin good in the fats. I've been using a 23g 1 1/2" pin in the glut or shoulder. I'm very interested in Rhiens 24hr urine test

Sounds to me you need to flush out that liver with some of my magical suggestions to make that stufff more bioavaible.. YOu fats may be altered at cellular level affecting testosterone response at the tissue which could be burning it since you could have high permability at cellmebrane.

I would not do T shots EOD unless you eat it up as fast as you take it I am like this and do my shots every 3 days. If you feel the need to do this go to 2x's a week if this does not help then try every 3 days. I feel doing EOD the T half life will stack up on you to much and your levels will be all over the place.

The higher the frequency of dosing the more stable the testosterone levels. Whether you dose EOD or once a week the average testosterone levels will be the same, just more variability with the latter.

EOD dosing dose not "stack up too much."

Ok this might will be true but not on Depo T at least for me and some others it stacked up and from test to test was to high lowed the dose a little went to low. Then just stayed on one dose and every 6 weeks doing my labs levels were very different from on lab to the other. Dr. John told me this was the T staking up on the hafl life. There is a type of T you can shoot everyday it's half life is very short. Can't remember the name of it. But then again we all are not the same what works for one may not for others.

This sure sounds to me like your Cortisol levels are falling off big time. Yet your lab for it was 19 but this can be from the stress of the needle doing the labs I see this a lot. Try getting a Saliva test you can buy it without a Dr. get one you do 4x's in a day do the test on a work day here is a link to where you can get this test.

When you do this test it will show your Cortisol rhythm. It should be high in the morning and low by bed time. See this link on the stages of this.

Your feeling like this on the drive home may will be your levels falling to low.
I have i big problem with needing to pullover after work. When i was still working i had a 50 min ride home everyday about 25 min into the ride id be ready to pass out. I asked my doc about this and he said im just not sleeping good enough... I work out everyday eat clean and live a healthy life style. My stress is pretty low now but any time i get stressed out i just feel like i cant handle it

could be estrogen or adrenal, tesotsterone related which could be altering thyroid function.
Also blood sugar fluctuations more then anything !!
