Hey bros and broettes,

The first was drawn in 5/11 on 200mg 1x week, .25mg adex per week, and 250iu of hcg per week. Pinned on Monday drawn on Friday.

Results:
Total T- 796 ng/dL
Free T- 26.7 pg/mL
Estradiol Sensitive- 15.5 pg/mL

The second was drawn 7/6 on 80mg 2x week (switched 4 weeks before test), no adex since last test, and 250iu of hcg per week. Pinned on Tuesday drawn on Friday.

Results
Total T- 895 ng/dL
Free T- 26.3 pg/mL
Estradiol Sensitive- 59.1 pg/mL

BP is good just took it at 135/79. I was hoping to get away with no adex at all, but it looks like I will need to adjust the dose. I'll likely try .25 every 10 days to dial it in. Unless anyone has a better suggestion. I'm with a Doctor and everything is prescribed from a compounding pharmacy. Figured I'd just upload for reference on trying to dial e2 in on TRT.Screenshot_20180713-102459_Samsung%20capture.jpeg2.jpeg

Your total t went up by 100 points after dropping your weekly dose by 40mg?

Ah. I feel dumb. Yeah not sure what's up with that. Maybe because the first test was drawn an extra 36 hours after last injection compared to the most recent.

ive been watching the ask the doc series with rand mcclain and also reading a lot of the steroids reddit and there seems to be major disagreement on this e2 stuff, reddit peeps seem to say high e2 is good as long as no sides, but the doc rand dude says to keep e2 (i hope im not confused, I understood e2/estradiol mean the same thing) under 20 because all men have the genes for prosstate cancer and having high e activates them. do we listen to the "doc" or do a bunch of reddit cats know better? what is consensus here?

yes i realize that post was pretty much me thinking out loud and that I could have just searched the damn forum for you guys thoughts, my bad, this forum stuff still relatively new to me. carry on.

I'm with you on trying to learn. Honestly trying to find that sweet spot as I felt fine at 15 and at 59.

Im having a hard time getting my estradiol levels in check. Theyre up then down....

.125mg adex every 4 days. Has me in the 35 range. Any higher doses or less time between doses, my E crashes. Sore knees come on, start retaining water, dick doesnt work. And if i dont take it, sore nipples and dick doesnt work and #'s like 125 come up on my bloods. My psa score always comes in at a .7 range.

Using androgel with good results for my trt. Just never knew estrogen was so hard to figure out.

I’m not a reddit peep

But I feel there is a big difference on T dosage

If on trt dose by all means “dial” in E2

If pinning high amounts, think that changes everything

Much less is known about TT/E2 ratios

If blasting I’m now a symptoms guy

Total T of 4Grand with 20-40 e2 sounds low to me.
