TRT improve orgasms?

if anything, I found that was one of the definite drawbacks to trt, that orgasm quality was not good even at times that libido was ok, it can be harder to orgasm and the orgasm was not as long or intense, and ejaculate volume and sensation was less
so for me, trt makes orgasms worse, but everyone may have different experience

Testosterone itself can improve orgasm intensity through it's action as a neuromodulator, similar to how dopamine agonists and certain drugs can do the same. However because Testosterone alone shuts down testicular function, the ejaculate volume and strength will decrease over time with most men, this is a common complaint. When the testes are not active this can also reduce sexual pleasure as active testes are more sensitive to touch etc. Intratesticular testosterone also plays a role in androgen mediated nitric oxide release into the corpus cavernosum.
It can however be alleviated with hCG, but alot of guys have trouble with estrogen levels on hCG, granted it is often used in dosages that are too high IMO.

Seeing how TRT improves libido and ED, I would think that improvement in orgasm follows!!! After all, what kind of orgasm is there with decreased/absent libido and ED.
Taking maca root (500 mg 2x/day) can help make up some of the lost seminal volume, say a couple of studies. My orgasms weren't bad but I'm trying it out of curiosity; seems to improve things a bit without side effects.
no change to positive change for me. Androgel definitely increases libido in me and the intensity of orgasm is as good as ever. For me the ejaculate volime seemed to increase although that is not what you read about TRT, Ejaculate volume in me, 61 YO pretty fit, is totally a function of time since last ejaculate. Give me a week and it is pretty good actually!!
Can ANYONE direct me to studies showing a change in seminal volume with TRT? Tia
haha... damn. no. But many people who use gear complain of this happening. I noticed it decrease on Androgel alone and come back to normal on hCG.

I remember times in the past when on testosterone for an extended period of time that it got very difficult for me to reach orgasm, and when I did ejaculate it often was barely a trickle
now that I am completely off of testosterone, my orgasm function is much better and ejaculate volume is good too

am saying.....who says the testes have much to do with seminal volume??? doesnt all semen come from prostrate and seminal ducts?? the testes just feed in the sperm but sperm qty doesnt relate to sperm volume at all....
anyways TRT did increase my orgasm frequency ability and libido...but what quadrupled my orgasrm intensity and huge libido boost was actually Lexapro.....as hard as anyone might believe.....

Compared to the ones I had when I was untreated? Hell yes!
Compared to the ones from the time before I became hypogonadic? I'd say they're not better or worse, just different, with an edge going to the ones from the days before I had the problem. Is that really a surprise? Who knows, maybe it has more to do with nostalgia than any objective observation.
In my n=1 case, I find fluid volume does decrease but not always. It seems to depend on how exciting the encounter is, if you know what I mean...

Based on anecdotal posts from the forum, the concern over ejaculate volume is a big deal for a lot of AAS users but I don't think medical science takes this too seriously.
How much Lexapro do you take? Lexapro is supposed to impair libido, and I find it does impair mine on 10mg, but I do find the actual orgasm to be much more pleasurable on Lexapro.

I am current proof and after being off TRT for 1 Plus years at the age of 40. Confirming Serum Counts in labwork had returned long before restarting TRT, yet I wsa no where near the volume I had 5 years ago when starting TRT - as far as volume and available JIZZ... That is until restarting TRT...
Now I will say that I noticed years ago that TRT hurt the force at which I could expell the ejaculate. No question. I think it still does now restarted for 2 months. Consider I am obese technically too, so I think Estrogens are having a direct impact on the function of those muscles.
But the biggest proof is in the fact that I take Adderall. I never chaged that habit. When on Adderall for extended periods, the NE response will soon have a man dribbling down his leg on a daily basis if no sex the day before. The Year I was off TRT and Adderall only, there was none of that. Now that I have started back, the fluid volume has returned, and I am back to mild ejaculatory releases after urinating (if peaking three hours into a monring dose). And still having plenty for later.
Really who knows as perhaps the ejaculate, or prostate portion thereof, just seeps out all day unnoticed when not on trt (and older). But it says something. Even perhaps indicating a more normal function of the prostate and related if so..
But there is no question. The year and 1/2 I was off TRT I referred to myself as "The Western Dribbler" Cause thats all that happened. And it was not a muscular disorded at the time of ejaculation. There was simply nothing in the tank. I can tell the difference as to whether or not there is BATTER releasing, mixing, etc...
Keep in mind this TRT attemp I am keeping it to 50mgs every two weeks. And I think I am getting the best return I have ever had..

Yes it does, and it does without even having any sperm reserves left. You can deplete your sperm reserves naturally and you'd still have reduced orgasm. I've read around that it can fix SSRI orgasm problems (though I'd rather just drop the SSRI or not take one ever if given the choice)
There are a few on here that claim Lexapro in a low dose combined with HRT helps, but as you said, SSRIs with all the side effectsbare better left alone if possible

Oh, I almost forgot the reason for the post.... I can tell you for sure that SSRI's can increase orgasm. I have nuked myself on prozac to the point I was in outter space. Jerked it, AND SAW STARS!!!!! But I am a gut. MY WIFE is only hindered by lexipro. And thats the xact one she is on.... It seems to diminish her thoughts about sex, her ability to orgasm, and her desire to return to the sack.. BUT ON THE OTHER HAND IT MAKES HER FORGET HOW BAD I BLED HER ASS LAST TIME...!!! [
