i have been on TRT for about 6 yrs 200 mg test cyp (watson) per week , i blast and cruise then it is usually 600 mg per week, i am lucky i have had very little testicle shrinkage, can you use hcg on a permanent basis to prevent testicle atrophy ? if so what dose would you use ?

Yes you can. 250iu twice per week, similar to on-cycle protocols. Some men i know use 250iu three times per week.

@ironwill1951 yes, I agree with @Northern Nutrition. I too am on TRT and take 500iu's of HCG a week. The only difference is that I take it all at once (one shot per week).
