Yeah, blasting definitely makes them shrink even more, at least in my experience. HCG helps, but dialing in the dose can be tricky.

Once a person takes enough outside testosterone the testicles stop working so they will not shrink more at a higher dose in a blast if they already are making zero test due to the TRT. My LH and FSH are virtually zero on TRT replacement with T in the ngh normal range. I have been on Dr prescribed TRT for over 25 years. I have used HCG for over 20 years. My nuts have shrunk and got softer over that time but it happened over decades not months.

Been there, man. The disappearing act is the worst! HCG is pretty common for keeping things... lively. Dosage really depends, though. Hopefully, someone with more experience can chime in.
