Update
So after switching from 200mg test e every 14 days to 100mg test e advised by my trt doc and hcg 3 times a week. I was returning 22.5 testosterone level but my e2 was 197 high started retaining water being bloated and face was full and felt heavy in the head. And had a few dick issues no homo with the gf. So went back today and he upped me to 140mg every week and adex .5 mg a week and hcg continued. So I'm hoping next follow up in 4 weeks I'm dialed in.
Question though is there a best time to take the adex to stop the test from converting to estrogen or what do you guys recommend or experienced??

Take it at any time. Watch your lipids on adex although that dose is small so youll probably be okay.

Also if youre aromatising that much from only 100mg, 0.5mg adex per week probably not be enough. But thats what follow up bloodtests are for I suppose.

Thanks for the reply man. I sure hope the follow up blood is decent. But I guess I'll see what happens. Took 10 months to get to see this doc but he seems to know what he's doing. The real joy is after I'm dialed in I can time a blast lol haven't ran anything since 2015 so I'm looking forward to it

The hcg really throws ur estro out of wack. Prob be better off going to test shot 1 a week and decreasing the hcg or loosing it all together

I would say drop the hcg as well....
Do 1 shot a week
Do 20mg nova every night instead of the adex.
It will be better on the blood lipids.
I went to Nova on my cruise and I've never felt better.

When I was doing that ya was a roller coaster on shot day i was just 9.6 and so down few days before my shot now it's much better

He wants me to use the hcg to maintain the fertility aspect but kids won't be happening for 2-3years such a extra cost to make sure my guys are working for that I know it spikes e2 because I never experienced the e2 sides in the 200mg shots every 14 days vs the ethanate with hcg protocol weekly

I have about 100 nolva on hand would it be easier to use during a blast u think? Or try it vs the adex after the next set of bloodwork?

Update
Right now 160mg test e,hcg 300units 3 times a week. And no adex because it crashed. Blood oct 2 then if all in the clear I'm blasting until December.
