This is a bit off-topic I suppose, but I figured you guys would be able to answer it better than anyone else. Do women taking exogenous estrogen have the same sort of negative feedback response that one would experience with testosterone? Is permanent HPTA suppression a risk with say, the birth control pill? If so, why is this stuff handed out like pez?
Also curious as to why the pill can be administered orally without the hepatoxic effects that testosterone would have.
