Here's the system I have been following, it's added more volume and size than anything before-

Concentration Curls - 5 x 6-8
Close Grip Bench- 7 x 6-8
Barbell curls- 7 x 6-8
DB extensions- 5 x 6-8
DB curls- 5 x 6-8
Skull crushers- 5 x 6-8
Preacher curls- 5 x 6-8 supersetted with seated underhand pull ups, to failure
V cable press- 5 x 6-8 SS with close dips to failure
1 arm DB preachers - 5 x 6-8
DB hammer curls- 5 x 6-8
Barbell wrist curls - 3 x 25+
Reverse curls - 5 x
 
Same here, my biceps have always lagged so i lowered weight added volume and tweeked a few things, and even on a trt dose im starting to see growth in my bi's. FINALLY [emoji4][emoji4]
Perhaps i should do just that as my delts are lagging as my tris and bis seem to be more dominant.

Do the skullcrushers hurt your elbows? Mine HURT bad doing doing them.

For you I would spend a lot of time hitting side raises. Both cable and DB's.... That added so much roundness to my delts.

Honestly I tried it but it's just too advanced for me. Too much work too little rest. By splitting my arm work in to 2 sessions a week I can hit the same goals and give a better effort than having to drudge thru 40+ sets on 1 day.

Lol I hate wrist curls. Every time I see some one do them it makes me angry inside. Lol don't know why...

I do reverse curls occasionally as an auxiliary exercise but my forearms are built on back day. That's just my take
 
I agree with the forearms, sometimes I add them in after back sometimes with arms.

I do this routine, then about 5 days later I hit heavy arms w/ lower volume. 5 days after that, back to Lee Priest's.

Ya he is a 5%er along with his boy Piana. I think the picture you posted makes him look bigger because the tiny guy next to him, "the illusion". Look at his arms next to Piana and I guess they aren't even 20 inch arms, don't get me wrong he still a big boy, but all honesty your probably equivalent to him now.

It's the height that makes him that freaky.
 
Another thing about genetics is they can be so random. In how or where you receive these traits. For example sake, my calves are wicked. I taped em at 19"
and rarely work them. They've been like this since puberty. Not much fat either some water but not fat. Meanwhile my wee little arms I pound them and pound them and orient an entire program around ARMS and progress is minimal. Just weird. I've actually committed recently to pushing the envelope as an experiment to see how freakish I can make them evolve, calves I mean. I guess my point is if genetics are on your side it doesn't matter high, low, heavy, light, AAS or not you will grow. Below the knees is a perfect example. Makes you think
 
11/25/15. CHEST

• no time for biceps today. Only 1 hr for chest

LET'S GET IN TO IT


Incline barbell press = 39 reps
Incline dumbbell press @ 15° = 40 REPS
Machine press = 32 reps
Machine flyes = 36 reps

-----------------------------THINGS NOTEWORTHY------------------------

+2 REPS same weight incline barbell
+25lb on incline dumbbell same reps
+ 10 lb on flyes same reps

Across the board success today.
Really trying to focus on chest. I notice I can heave up a weight without even using the pectorals. It's a completely different feel when it's done properly. I'm honing in with the incline dumbbell presses. Not some thing I normally use.

●Pressing with dumbbells is clumsy. Injury is a real possibility here especially if you use heavy ones. Practicing safe technique but damn it's awkward
●I do my flyes extremely wide. Often people comment on how wide it is. Maybe it just looks that way with my wing span.
●getting ramped up now:mad: not quite there but it is definitely arrived. I have to measure my chest again. I'm damn sure I added some more inches
●strength is still sub standard for me. Hoping for a huge increase soon to pick up where I left off last cycle.

Hungry like a bull now. Having a rarity available, a microwave, I warmed up what I call "the mix".

5oz hamburger
4 eggs
3 large slices of ham
Serving of kidney beans
Hot sauce all mixed together

And a cup of Dannon Greek yogurt with a banana and apple
Good for 95g protein and 960 cals

I forgot all about rammstein. I used to listen to them when I lived in Germany and got started in the gym. back in 06-07. I dont listen to a lot of "hard" stuff but they had me pumped.

Come on man. THAT IS CRAZY. The guy looks like he has at least 20's. Next to Piana and his pmma infused arms just looks ridiculous. Everybodys arms looks small next to him. That is a seriously big asshole

Seated rows 4 sets of 12 +15lbs clean with same reps
Palms up pulldowns 4 sets of 10
Palms up bent barbell row 3 sets of 14

ADDED 1 EXERCISE THIS WEEK BELOW
Straight arm pulldowns 4 sets of 14

REPS TOTAL 178

That's +30 reps from last week plus added weight on some exercises

I'm about to drop in to the groove of this cycle. Maybe another 2 wks or so. I'm up to the challenge. Strength rising drastically. Size rising. Contractions are getting more intense. Feelin P-R-E-T-T-Y intense right now.

One other thing, idk if it's a farce or whatever but I was suprised to see this AM I WEIGHED IN AT 284 LB'S WTF :eek:
I shit already, had my coffee and preworkout shake so I don't know what to make of it. I haven't increased cals yet much over 4200 where I sit now. That I will say I measured at the gym on their digital. Vs my digital at home

Time to enjoy the day fellas.

Im looking forward to seeing Farve get his number retired. He was one of my favorites when he played. Last real "gunslinger".
