I'm afraid that if I took Beano I would probably explode. I need to relieve pressure all day long. I started drinking my egg whites instead of eating them about a month ago and it's fucking bad around here.

I have been drinking a dozen raw eggs a day. 6 in the morning with breakfast an another 6 when I get home from work. Seems like they dont take up as much room in my stomach if I do them that way instead of cooking them so they dont fluff up. My breakfast is usually 6raw eggs, chicken breast, bowl of brown sugar oatmill, an a choco instant breakfast in 8oz Whole milk. Mmm tasty. Its not so bad if you take the eggs a bust them up with a spoon then chug. Just make sure your next to a water faucet so you can wipe the sliminess from your mouth lol. I chase those with my instant breakfast or just a cup of milk.

Try to find a place that is more "athlete" oriented. I found a sick spot in my town that takes care of alot of local lifters and professional athletes.
Biggest piece of advice is make sure you drink enough water before and after. It makes a huge difference in getting rid of all of the toxins so you're not as sore the following day.
Here is some good videos to stretch the hips out. It's helped me out TONS. do them at least every time you lift. I do them every morning when I wake up
Search for more of his videos on hip stretches he has a ton. He is a Dr and an athlete so he knows what he is talking about

Im liking the avi bud. You drink raw eggs? I would watch out with that. Liquid egg whites are the way to go because there pasteurized. Which means they have been cook just enough to take all the harmful shit out of them and your body will disgest them better then even a cook or boiled egg. Well that's what I read on the internet so it has to be true.
Ya I would rather drink them pasteurized but atm its to rich for my blood lol. I can get 5dozen from wallyworld for under $15. I have been limiting myself to 6 a day now cuz im scared it will make my cholesterol to high by consuming that many everyday

You need to find a Costco. I get a little over a gallons worth of egg whites for around 10 bucks. I forget how many eggs that's equal to but it's a fucking lot.
