Close Grip Bench Press 3 sets of 8 at 225
Standing Barbell Curl 3 sets of 8 at 85 (straight bar)
+5 lb over last week
Lying skull Crushers 3 sets of 16 at 65 lb
Machine Preacher Curls 5 sets ranging from 12-8 reps at 80-160 lb
This I don't know what to make of
I'm up 100 lb from last week's biceps session!!!
I was doing 60 for 12 last week. I did 160 for 8 on my past set!!!
Tricep Pressdowns 20-12 reps at 80 lb
TRICEP TOTAL 118
BICEP TOTAL 72
