I FEEL LIKE THIS LOL


Close Grip Bench Press 3 sets of 8 at 225

Standing Barbell Curl 3 sets of 8 at 85 (straight bar)
+5 lb over last week

Lying skull Crushers 3 sets of 16 at 65 lb

Machine Preacher Curls 5 sets ranging from 12-8 reps at 80-160 lb
This I don't know what to make of
I'm up 100 lb from last week's biceps session!!!
I was doing 60 for 12 last week. I did 160 for 8 on my past set!!!


Tricep Pressdowns 20-12 reps at 80 lb


TRICEP TOTAL 118
BICEP TOTAL 72

18's on your frame will look massive. Eat, lift, grow and some other shit... You will get there. With Truk's frame, he will outgrow 20's eventually, lots of la space to fill in. Me..... I'm fucked, out of space. I normally shave my head every week. Last night the struggle was REAL... I couldn't get the back of my head cause my arm space is gone. It love the gains and shit but my little body is filling up and I can't move. Lol

Mmm now your making me jelious as I set here eating this deer meat haha. Actually its not to bad. I loded it down with cavendars seasoning an a few other spices. Even Moe had a bite an actually liked it. We just cant talk about it or it grosses her out lmfao
 
Just get tired of feeling broken. I'm not talking about the soreness. I'm talking about my poor back. I even threw out my back doing leg curls 2 weeks ago. So apparantly it's not just squats and presses that do me in

Have you gotten an exam for your back yet? Perhaps there's an issue that may need to be checked by your doc.
 
I was doing some front squats the other day and felt this "pop" in my chest/back just below my right boobie. Damn near kilt me... Seriously, fucked up my whole workout, still don't know what it was. I think I roll my shoulders toward too much. Leg press hurts my lower back as well and now just as I'm starting to do front squats (about 3 months now) this shit happens. I'm pretty sure we have a lower back/hamstring flexible issue. Keep working on it when ya can, it'll get better.
