I could understand once but not twice. Really don't want to start a political thing here but where's my affordable insurance? Oh yeah not only is not affordable but now I'm paying almost 3x what I was before he got into office. Ok ok I'm done cause I could go on and on.

Yep it's sad. I've got a bunch of hard working guys working for me and they make damn good money but most of them only bring home around 300 a week cause they are paying insurance for a family of 4.
Premiums for a family of four are quite steep no matter what and that's what makes hard working people upset.

That because the Republicans just cant seem to get it together. Trump is just not that bright when it comes to actually running a country. With the way things are going in Congress the Republicans may well lose control of Congress as well.

YEP THE TIME HAS COME. I'M IN FULL SWING...ALMOST. ALMOST BACK TO WHERE I WAS. LET THE GAINS BE WITH ME. I WAS SO FREAKING STOKED TO HIT 285 for 5!!!

Damn straight.
I've been doing 225x8 on the incline for the past 4 weeks for 4 sets and my chest/shoulders/arms clearly weren't up to the task of more weight. It was so depressing. I left off last cycle just shy of 315 for reps on the incline. Man I want that so bad. And I'm gonna get it. I don't care what my MAX is. Makes no difference. But if I can get a paused 315 for 6 I'm gonna punch a baby I'll be so excited

Exhausted as shit. Way behind at the plant. 14's back2back. Walked in the door last night at 2000. Woke up at 0300 ready to bust it.

Bent rows pendlay style underhand grip
Hammer vertical row
Straight arm pulldown

Lying skull crushers
Seated behind neck dumbbell extensions

Dont remember alot. Very tired. It was mediocre workout. Low energy but effective I think. Still put the pain in the belly. Later yall
 
Way to gut it out Trukk, thats what i call commitment. A man on a mission.
And a mediocre workout kick the shit outta no workout!
