Trukkers Hormone Highway to Hell

Idk maybe. I never seen anything in that way. At least nothing obvious. One huge deca plus is how hungry it makes me. Good lord it's crazy. Deep stomach churning growls if I don't eat. It's more anabolic than test so I just chalk it up to that. Another thing about deca is I realized if I don't go ED it makes me soft. It's great when I'm constantly under the anabolic process of tearing and rebuilding. Last cycle I got quite puffy but I'm not getting it this time. Diet hasn't changed. Still no AI. I just go ED
Ive been going 6days a week. My only off day is Friday. I put everything I can into each body part the way I have my split made up. I hit arms twice a week an everything else once. Example
Mon. Back
Tues. Chest
Wed. Arms
Thurs. Shoulders
Fri. Off
Sat. Legs
Sun. Arms
No rest for the wicked bahaha

Chest has always been my weakest point an still is. I can absolutly kill chest an my shoulders just get bigger....like wtf really lol

Ya I deff need to add incline to my routine but honestly truck, inline always fucks with my shoulders in a bad way. Maybe if I lighten the weight up even more an give it a go that might take away some of the pain. Ive messed my left shoulder up a few years back while jumping up in the back of a dump truck like a dumbass. It has never been the same since. Military presses are deff out of the question for shoulder day which really fuckin sux. They make some nasty feelin an soundin crunching an popping noises smh.

My shoulder issues are well documented if any of yall pay attention to my gibberish. I have found a simple thorough stretching routine before working chest to be a life saver. Takes me about 5 minutes total and really get up in that joint. I haven't had any pain at all since.

Interested in this shoulder stretching routine also. Currently have a client with shoulder discomfort that we can really pinpoint. Doc visits show fine. Just a tight shoulder. Care to elaborate ?
 
Nice lifts. Wish I had more time to watch it and criticize the video but I've got the new safely lady headed to my job sites now. Your gonna make me brew some more Fina. Seems to be working great for you. You should be defiantly benching 400+ with a incline like that
