I know he's made strange comments before toward me. Not in jest either. But I let him talk a while to see if he was full of shit. If he is full of shit he done a good job on his home work. Needless to say he said he has a gh hookup. Pharma grade. This could get interesting...
 
Mr funny man:D How are you this morning?

I am bumping my test diet by 500mg starting this week. I've also been eating more calorie dense foods these last two weeks as I sensed my strength was going down hill. Things like peanut butter on a big ass bagel. I mean alot of PB. Stuff goes 190 cals for 2 tbsp. More milk. I've been bumping my animal/fish protein to 14 oz per meal. So I'm fortifying all my defenses. I do not believe it's a protein or diet issue. Sleep could be better but that cannot change so not worth discussing. I'm pushing more bw weekly so I just need a deload.

I'm not talking about time away or anything. What I am going to do is:
•bump test dose 2 cc weekly
•even MORE food yet
•take away heavy training
•reduce amounts of reps/sets
•take away failure training (for the moment)
I'll ride with this for a week and a half maybe. Then slowly work back up. With all the volume and strength training I been doing its no wonder I'm at a cycle low. I've lost alot of power and weight on my presses and iso work. Pretty obvious sign. I should be cruising past 340+ for reps on my incline by now. Curls have not only stalled but dropped. Sucks

Go for it , you seem to be thriving on high test /food. Large amounts of test along with large amounts of food and iron lifting make BIG . Your doing it ;)

Thanks man! I'm more excited about my cut coming in the spring. Last year I went for my first one ever and did it fast and miserable. It only lasted 7 wks. But was astonished with the results. I'm gonna run this next one out and aim big. New avi time!!! That's for later folks ;)

So I'm inadvertently taking a couple days off. Tired so very tired. My body is devastated. Clearly over trained. Shoulders and arms ache more so than anything else. That makes 2 days off in a row. Prolly hit it up tomo

Feeling weak :(
A cycle low for me. Just came off 2 days rest. Still not helping tremendously. Hungry as hell. Like my body is struggling for materials to build with. Beginning of my deload
 
What's up with the tricep push downs? And yeah your workout looks weak. My T is almost in the single digits and I'm going harder then that. Get it together man.

I know I was doing the whole stack 2 weeks ago. I think overtraining is exactly what you'd call this. Between my aggressive strength training and bb splits I'm finding the limits of my recovery. That combined with prolly not enough sleep. I just wanted to flush the muscles today. Nothing heavy. Get a good pump. Not pushing it hard.

Funny thing to mention is throughout all my experiments over the years I used to get my very best growth when I was on a strict mentzer program working out every 3-4 days and a limited exercise selection. I mean I was natty then but a big ass natty teen. Maybe in regards to recovery their is some insight here...

@rubisean I seen you in a blood work thread. I'm looking for a little advice. I never donated before. I'm having bp sides right now I'd like to take care of. Trouble falling asleep due to my heart rate. Stress sides i believe are bp related. I just wanted to make it look like I done it before. Help me out?
 
@trukker...If you're just spinning your tires, there's definitely something wrong. It looks like you've hit a plateau...and it'll drive you crazy until you push thru it. You can do it tho man! You're strong & determined to say the least. Keep it up!

I've increased my test dose
I'm aware of the problem so now I can fix it
Just a simple active deload will do the trick I think. That and an extra 1000 cals a day ;)

Just go to a blood mobile and ask to donate double reds, this is the fastest way to get your crit lowered. Be calm because if your plus is over 105 they won't let you donate. Drink plenty of water as this will help in lowering bp, if bp is too high they will not accept you either. Anyway thick blood from elevated crit will definatly raise bp.

I use cycle assist while on cycle to help with bp, also take hawthore berry,celery seed extract and magnisium.
