Trukkers Hormone Highway to Hell

Hey Truck, just a few questions...how long have you been doing this split? Maybe time to mix the program up? Also I had terrible back pain from squatting but going to a low bar placement helped a lot.

My girl and I are in a huge fight right now too..shit sucks man

I'm not flexible enough for a true low bar but I have switched and it does help. I get as low as I can to gain leverage.

Idk about a fight tho. Just stupid shit. Blah blah blah. Silent treatment:mad:

So I gave that blood for the first time at a mobile site just a shot from the house. No issues. Bastards accused me of being a powerlifter...

Also some things to note are I have developed an irregular heartbeat?
It started about the same time I started trt/gear use which was about a yr ago. Interesting right? I never had one before

It's probably due to the fact that this is your first time giving blood. Man you need to make it a habit before you give yourself a stroke or blood clot

Did they tell you your hematocrit number?

If you feel livelier tomorrow, it's definitely something to keep an eye on. Some guys do fine without doing anything. But best to be mindful.

My understanding is when rbc is high more oxygen in the blood so it is better for athletes... Double edge though, when my rbc is high recovery is faster but a feeling of well being is lost.

And is also the bp rather high with high rbc...that's another disadvantage

Yeah. Just had a scare myself. Slacked on my December bloodwork, due to my wife being fucking expensive during Christmas. Got them back at 53. Tren+winny by is rough on me. Cholesterol is atrocious too.

Nasty looking stuff when you've got to tap yourself over 50. Clotting damned near instantly. Like dropping blood into a bowl of black cherry jello. Did not look heat healthy.

Bp was 165/90, popping nosebleeds everyday, and flushed. Knew something was up, but wanted to see how bad it was. Thankfully right at the end of cycle, so a one draw fix.

But it is definitely something to take seriously. Especially playing with new compounds. I was amazed at how much better I felt the next day.

I was a cardio machine though, lol. Figured I'd be running a damned marathon soon at that rate of improvement.

No, maybe it'll be on the skew number they gave me in a couple days. My bp was 140/80 so pretty good for a 280+ dude :)
Are you saying that they didnt poke your finger with a pin and put the blood in that little machine that shows your number?

So you just drain off a pint or so on your own? Whats that like and what equipment do you need? I ask cause i might have to go that route.

Oh um they pricked me but didn't show me nothin. A piece of shit bus. Maybe didn't have all their supplies? I wore a sweat shirt too hoping they wouldn't discriminate. A big ass sweat shirt
You guys are lucky to have more than one place to go. When i went its like an interrogation 30 min of questions and then they check me over for track marks.. I was like [emoji15] do i look like i am a drug addict [emoji57]

18 gauge, a Pyrex pint measure, and an empty bathtub. The butterfly rigs and tubing are available, but they want too much for them unless you order a thousand away a time from China. I ordered one a while ago, but won't be doing so again, not going to pay 15 bucks to bleed myself with a .02c product. . .

Not bad at all once you get past the initial freak out phase.
