TUDCA Pharma vs OTC

Before I make a purchase I wanted to ask the group first. TUDCA comes in prescription form such as Ursocol (ursodoxicoltaurine).
But can also be purchased OTC. The Pharma version is pretty expensive compared to OTC. But it’ll be worth it to me if the Pharma version is more effective. I think I came across it on PCT and I know QSC has plans to sell some soon.

Thoughts?

Didn't even know there was a prescription form. Is the dose higher? The OTC stuff is pretty pricey also, considering you have to take at least two tabs to get 1200mg.

Thanks. I went back and looked and found Tauroursodeoxycholic acid (TUDCA) is a taurine conjugate of ursodeoxycholic acid (UDCA). They have similar benefits but TUDCA has a higher therapeutic effectiveness. “Compared to UDCA, TUDCA is better absorbed by intestine and liver because of being fully ionized and water soluble at various pH values.”

OTC it is then.

Narta below corrected me. UDCA is the prescription. TUDCA is OTC. Similar but not the same. And TUDCA is more effective for our purposes
