If the blood work is from the same exact person, then you have a genuine case. If it's two different people, then you're out of luck, buddy. TT values can differ greatly between individuals.

Yeah, the person in question is me. I have ordered from multiple overseas suppliers and NEVER had to sign for a package. I am not signing for this source’s package and he is not offering a refund. Nowhere in his intro did he state that signature may be required until his post 25 minutes ago. I tried to handle this over email and he is laughing it off and then proceeds to update his methods in the aforementioned post 25 minutes ago.

It’s a little frustrating but fortunately it was a small order.

Same here, the majority of my overseas orders I’m never home and have to sign for them at the post office. The first time I got one, I was a bit sketched out, but read online and it’s standard protocol. They’re not out to get you, thats just how the post office works...
