I don't know about you, but I don't particularly like eating so much , so cramming a bunch of food down to me is the most difficult part(Bulking) , hitting protein goals is the easiest thing in the world, but upping the carbs and having the proper carb load for a bulk is another story, when you're taking a decent amount of testosterone and pounding away in the gym, your body is burning shit faster than you can put in usually, and it seems like you move around a lot with your job, so hitting 400 g of carbs a day should not be very difficult, but would provide amazing results in context to what you're doing, "you're a Ferrari and putting low octane fuel in it won't get you anywhere!! Ok , I spilled the beans lol
