Appreciated my dude. I do a lot of foam rolling for my back. My shoulder issue is more towards the front. Did you lay on roller face down or on your back? Its getting better, just very slowly. I get so amped up at the gym I will occasionally lose focus on form.
Never sacrifice form for anything, plus as you know im sure, mmc is the best way to truely target the muscle for maximum effect, it took me alot of years to figure this out , the tut approach is extremely effective and imo training without proper form is a recipe for "Injury",

I layed on the roller on my back, and then I did some left side rolling as well since that was the problem area

Thank you for input, super appreciated. Ive definitely been better about mmc and tut the last year but obviously not as good as it should be. I hear so much about the explosivity of the rep some of the caution gets thrown to the wind.
 
kind of a random and unexpected turn / update for my cycle..
Just started 50mg of anavar daily split dosing today. (I will be doing 25mg in the morning / preworkout, and 25mg in the evening)

So now the cycle is
525mg/wk test cyp
50mg anavar (split dosing)
250iu HCG EOD
600-700mg L carnitine daily
10mg daily cialis
6mg reta every 6 days

If anyone has any words of advice / manageable expectations for me. I felt comfortable making this decision to add on Anavar because it will only be from today, until January 26th. So about 4.5 weeks of anavar. I think possibly if I don't notice an increased shed of hair, I will extend to 8 weeks if I feel like i'm really benefitting from it. Plan is to lower my surplus to around 200 calories, so I gain 0.5lb of scale weight a week. And since i'm 14-15% bodyfat right now I'd imagine I can still put on some good size (with ideally most of it being lean tissue) with anavar and the test cycle on board.

I felt same as usual today during my workout, if I felt anything I kind of brushed it off as placebo. I did take my first 25mg about 1.5 hours before my workout.
Today coincidentally was also the first workout in probably 10+ days where I didn't hit PR's (meaning increase in reps on my lifts) on any lifts. I'm trying to not let that get into my head. (We shouldn't be expecting increases in reps every workout, even on cycle, right?) If i'm wrong then obviously I need to work out what i'm doing wrong.

I'll be posting full 8 week before / after photos on Saturday. Plan to hold myself accountable and get some of your guys's eyeballs on it to see if i'm not seeing something I should be
