Never sacrifice form for anything, plus as you know im sure, mmc is the best way to truely target the muscle for maximum effect, it took me alot of years to figure this out , the tut approach is extremely effective and imo training without proper form is a recipe for "Injury",Appreciated my dude. I do a lot of foam rolling for my back. My shoulder issue is more towards the front. Did you lay on roller face down or on your back? Its getting better, just very slowly. I get so amped up at the gym I will occasionally lose focus on form.
