I have never ordered from TP I have followed this thread and the other. My opinion on it is a little different.

I'm a man of my word. If I beg a source to help me out, do me a favor because I am in need and I will repay him. You bet your ass that source is being paid and then some. Yes this may be the sources mistake in paying, but I actually admire that he cares and trusts his customers enough to try and take care of them.

I hate liars, thiefs and scumbags, people get what they deserve. This world has gotten to soft. What happened to keeping your word.

If the situation was different and the guy didn't say he would pay or TP sent two packs by accident, then by all means. Why don't we hold ourselves as customers as accountable as the sources. I just want what I paid for nothing more nothing less.

This is my opinion I don't feel like arguing about it, it's not worth it. I don't have a dog in this fight.

There is no fight man there are just two types of people in argument, one type is the guys who are trying to hammer the source without knowing why who have not read the issue. Other type are the ones like you that have read the issue and commented

I kept all my words to the scammer guy even in reship(his regular order has also arrived to him) I have sent him many gifts to make up for the latency and he tried to scam me. I didnt send him any shippings to cause him trouble or I didnt give ANY info about him anywhere. Even my wife doesnt know his name she just knows someone scammed me. Thats it.

Learning curve? I think not. So Turk should wait longer, like 2 weeks before reshipping to make sure he's not getting screwed? That's stupid. What if I need my shit for a show and don't mind paying for the other pack unlike scammer? He should still refuse me is what your saying? Not good for business. This all on the scammer.

He was willing to post private information on multiple boards and to send a package to a customer with 'steroids for sale' on the package. And in the end the customer wasn't even a scammer anyway. So if something goes wrong with your payment or he assumes you're a scammer even if you're not, you could be the target of his stupidity. You cannot trust him with any personal information.

Scammers pray on people not following directions and they practice plan and execute. Tbey move on and do same pattern again.... is this what you observed?

To avoid getting screwed, he shouldn't reship until you have proof that the package was seized or a considerable amount of time has passed.

What's considered considerable?
(IMO) Twice the amount of time that the source quotes for receiving.
Example, the source says you should receive your pack within 10-12 days, then a reship would be talked about (privately) somewhere between the 20-24 day mark.

If you need your gear fast, i would think you wouldn't take the chance of rolling the dice on an overseas source. If you do, and your package gets hung up after leaving the sources hands, that would be on you for the lack of foresight and preparedness.

You may not mind paying for a reship, and i'd like to think that most of the guys reading this would own up to their word and pay for both, should both show up. But how does the source know you actually will?

Just viewing thing's from the opposite end of the spectrum, you know?

Can’t he just pay first like the rest of the world does for everything in existence? It’s not hard to rush a second bitcoin payment. Why does the vendor have to front gear? What’s stupid was that he let this happen.
