I haven't ordered NGENLA yet but I'd plan on longer than a month to see any noticeable differences. Short-term maybe some muscle fullness. Body recomp takes much longer but by the time you notice it, you'll be hooked.

The price of the product in pharmacy, 36 IU is 3800tl=110$. Under these circumstances, if you really believe you can get "real" Genotropin for "international" retail prices like 140-150 $, you are lucky(or maybe not). Products will always come in and go out of pharmacy depots' stock due to unstable prices that occur thanks to inflation of our currency. When iflation issue is resolved, it shouldnt fluctuate this much and medicines' availability would be much higher.

Fwiw, I had a good experience with Cinna's from BG. On par with Geno's and UGL.
I think it will improve your sales a lot if you retested the pen @Turkish Pharmacy

Cinnatropins are carried in professionally held cold chain from Iran now. We'll have some new UGL lab products and Turkish pharmacy products lab tested in 1-2 months. We'll add Ngenla (if possible) and Cinnatropin to those.
Cinnatropin is produced in very high pharmaceutical standards in Turkiye. Dimer result in that lab test is within pharmacy standards, you can ask Jano about it. But the only reason of "relatively high" dimer of that batch can be due to lower "cold chain" transportation standards. We can not get the product from factory or pharmacies in Turkiye. It is imported from Iran, after being produced and exported there from Turkiye. to Iran. Yes it doesnt make sense.

*TP The Guiena pig used it for a long time before switching to Ngenla. All batches of Cinnatropin are good. Some maybe had some +% some dimer not sure, but all worked well. Can easily understand the effect due to hand numbness side effect. If I get suspicious, I used 10 IU for 3 days and feel the numbness and verify the quality. Now I switched to Ngenla we need Janoshik test

I may still be sleeping. Had a long night. I run Serostim year round. I cruise with 6iu/ed and increase iu's to 9iu, 12iu and even 18iu/ed and haven't experienced cts or any numbness. I'll check back later to see if I was dreaming.
