Maybe because international packs sometimes take 6 weeks or more to arrive via EMS. That said, I had 3 EMS from India seized in a row. I'm hearing Turkey shipments not much better luck these days either, Soon shipments from Chinese vendors are going to get the same treatment. Whatever you need to get, I suggest you get it sooner than later.

50% sucks, I'm with you, but it beats getting nothing. Ask which method is having better success and use that. Also ask what they'll do if that gets seized,

Our shipping system is complicated(to understand), we try to keep the packs moving in with highest success rate possible, tying to direct client to most successful shipping method for their countries with free reship/%50 payment option. We also have other issues for example sometimes goverment post packs are returned by Turkish post. So we had to mix EMS and regular airmail in same shipping option.

Before completing order, all clients have to accept our shipping info page(not FAQ, because shipping info is crucial), when you complete your order, if it says we have free reship for your shipping method, it means its guaranteed, even after it changes later it doesnt effect your order. So please dont forget to keep an eye on shipping info page when making order.

@mindgame1516 reached out to us about the seized pack, at the time there was %50 rule for chosen shipping method, she read the shipping info page and accepted it. We told her we'll add all the content of the order for "free" to her next order. Later noticing she was a lady wanted to help out but she said something like "you WILL send my order for free now." Couldnt find email but she can send the screenshot if she likes.
Some members of Meso unfortunately love to threat us from forum, assuming it will make us do anything they like. Then we decided not to send the content of order for "free" with next order(she didnt want it). And posting here trying to make other clients worried like "oh they got my pack 6 months ago" wont work for us. It may work for other sources, don't know. The issue is closed for us, no need to make further comments on the topic for us.

We have been here for a long time with countless references and a considerable reputation(we hope). Also, we are the only source here that runs out of Genotropins when pharmacies run out.

I didn't receive any response to my DM or the question through the contact form, so I'll ask here.

On the weekend, I placed an order through your website and paid for it using BTC. As requested, I tried to send you the payment confirmation (ID/hash of the Bitcoin transaction) to your email address, info@turkishpharmacysteroids.net. However, I was unable to send the email because it was not delivered. After any attempt Proton Mail displayed the following error message:

"This is the mail system at Proton Mail. Your email could not be delivered to one or more recipients. See below for the delivery error and email details...."

To resolve the issue, I used the contact form on your website to confirm the payment. Could you please let me know if this method is sufficient? If not I can confirm the payment in DMs as well.
