Do you know if these votes were from doctors (prescribers) or patients? It would seem surprising for doctors to prefer any mixes over alprosatdil alone.

You CAN presume these injections ARE for enlargement and you would be right ... but perhaps not the way your are thinking. The real need for these meds very easily overcomes psychological inhibition toward using a needle on one's dick. If you need it, once you try it, it can be fantastic and habit forming LOL (but perhaps people say that about LSD). Ahhhh, there is nothing quite like that feeling of working a needle through the fibrous membrane of the corpus cavernosum. One of the best meds I've used!

Kind of like the late night 'B' horror flicks about zombies. But alprostadil has even been used in connection with cadaver tissue. It just keeps getting better and better.

More power to you for injecting things into your penis. Has it helped enlarge it? I prefer other PE methods that are less painful.

Well if you must know, I go from ~3 1/2 inches to 7 1/4 in just a few minutes. It actually makes it a little bit achy (a common side effect) but its a lot more fun when enlarged this way. Size really matters. So does texture.

That is understandable. Not even synthol would last there. Perhaps silicone??? But not FDA approved for.
Believe it or not, some guys are self-conscious about it showing in a swimsuit. I don't frankly care and prefer to snorkel rather than lay on the sand. As long as it isn't shinny, the barracuda won't bit it off.
