Two Month Peptide project

I tried but could not find a source I was confident enough in to order hGH (I currently don't even have a good source for Test so not going to roll the dice on the cost of GH).

After a lot of reading on dats, I have diced to give peptides a go.

Been suffering from a nasty shoulder injury that has prevented me from even going to lift at all some days and all but eliminated most upper body work for a month now. Seen the doc twice but all they offer are pain relievers (I declined) and cortisone shots (I declined because they did not determine the cause of the pain – cortisone is a catabolic anti-inflammatory not a healer or strained/tears).

Just ordered:
Mod GRF(1-29)
GHRP-2
TB-500
BPC 157

The Plan is to try some peptides for two months and see how I respond. Administration will be subQ for all except the BPC-157 which will be IM in the delt.

weeks 1-4:
mod GRF 100 mcg 2x/day (morning and pre-bed)
GHRP-2 100 mcg 2x/day (morning and pre-bed)
TB-500 2 mg 2x/week (Monday and Thursday)
BPC-157 150 mcg 2x/day

week 4-8:
mod GRF 100 mcg 2x/day (morning and pre-bed)
GHRP-2 100 mcg 2x/day (morning and pre-bed)
TB-500 500 mcg /week (Monday)

weeks 9+:
undecided, may continue mod-GRF(1-29)/GHRP-2 stack or reduce dose / discontinue to see how I feel off of everything.

Just waiting for pinz and materials to get hear and I will start asap with updates of my experience.
 
I'l be watching this, also just ordered GHRP2, MOD GRF and MGF.

Care to share the source you've used for my curiosity?

My source does not have a website and I am not sure of how private he would like to be so I don't want to post it since I would rather error to the side of privacy because I am not sure. But I will say it is the most highly recommended and respected source on every board I have a membership with, and can easily be found on the dats forum.
Pinz came today; peps and BW should be here tomorrow.
I am a little nervous since I am new but at the same time I am hopeful to find something that will help me recover and get back to doing what I love!
 
tracking shows my peps were supposed to be out for delivery today at 9am... the USPS hub they are at is only about 30 mins away.
But they didn't make it to me yet and now it will be Sunday followed by a Government holiday on Monday :mad:
SO I wait... hope its cold where they are sitting

had to delay the start by one day due to the holiday but that does not matter. So I did my TB-500 today instead of yesterday and will stick to the originally post schedule from here on out.
Everything was subQ in the abs except in did BPC157 at the shoulder that is giving me trouble. Slight irritation with the TB-500 pin but I have never done a subQ before and maybe it was just poor technique on my part. Everything else was not even at all detectable.

ok, this will be hard to believe (even I am shaking my head looking for other explanations) but it is only day #2 and I much better than I have in two months!
Not anything near a full recovery and still won't be lifting upper body.
However, I am moving around when two days ago I could not even lift my arm without severe pain. This morning I reached up for my phone that I keep on a dresser next to the right side of my bed. Over the past few weeks it was totally out of reach until I would get up and stand up and use my left arm. I combed my (little I have) hair with my right hand just because I was able to do it haha.
I am telling you, it is already noticeable and even the popping/grinding in the joint is lessened. The most noticeable thing is when lowering my arm back down from overhead; previously I would have to literally let it free-fall and that was painful but any resistance during lowering it felt like torture and as if I was doing more damage.

Again, it is two more days of rest, and I have been taking fish oil and turmeric as well as my usual Orange Triad Multi. Nonetheless, the initial improvement seems ridiculous--too much to attribute to just fish oil and turmeric (which I already had been taking for a long time) and a stark contrast to the way it has been.

Going to take the rest of this week off from upper body work so as to not rush things, and if this improvement continues I start very light with just the empty bar and slowly add +10 lbs a week on overheads, do some light side laterals, cable internal and external rotations, with hopes of being back to normal by the end of this project.
 
Forgot to add.
The only perceivable side effects I have felt so far are:
I little lethargy kicks in about 30 mins to an hour after each CJC/GHRP dose.
Hunger was definitely much higher as well--felt like I had fasted for a day.
Again, this is only day two though and so some of this may be placebo effect or just random occurrence of being tired from other things and hungry because, well, maybe I was just hungry. Either way, I want to document what I feel so others may be able to learn about these compounds.

what dosages and frequency are you planning?
 
Going to start 100mcg of GHRP2 and No DAC morning and night and add a midday dose if i feel the need to later on. Also got PEG MGF coming, which will be just twice per week at 500 mcg.

Thanks for the info, il start at 3/day instead of the planned 2/day start. And no my source isnt private. I'm assuming his is the well known private source everyone raves about so il use his sides / reported effects to gauge the quality of the source ive ordered from.

This is my first pep run so i've no personal experience to compare it to.

Are you both ordering/advertising the same private peptide source?

Mine was shipped very well. Discrete and fast shipping. lots of bubble wrap, packed tightly with freezer gel pack to keep it all cold. Sounds like we are using different sources.

Once a day won't do anything to elevate igf levels... three pins a day minimum and it will take weeks for any elevation.

Over on dats there are posts saying that a 2x a day will give some benefits in terms of anti-aging and body comp.
However, you are right that 3x would be even better in terms of workout recovery and injury repair as well as maybe even protein metabolism (dats recommends post workout).

I just don't yet feel comfortable administering the dose post workout since I would have to bring it to the gym. Also the issue of insulin blocking the GH pulse would be something to consider as I use a post workout shake with carbs (ground up oats) and whey.

The best would be if I could bring a pre-loaded dose and hit it about 20 mins before the end of my lifting, then have my shake about 10 to 15 mins after my workout is complete. On paper that would give me a GH pulse towards the end of my workout and before my shake stimulates the insulin response.

But that is all in theory and really splitting hairs with minutia. I am interested in optimization and using everything I can, but what would I do, just go into a stall in the bathroom? I am sure many do way more than a few IU on peps at the gym, but I just feel nervous about bringing the pin there.
 
I have ordered from 3 sources- Blue sky peptide, peptide bridge, and the peptide source from DAT's forum.
Only the private source shipped with cold pack.
 
shoulder really bothering me tonight :mad:
still better than last week, but worse it has felt since all this week. traps feel really sore and all i did that could even have slightly hit them was some easy sets of SLDL of Friday.
I still have complete ROM that I gained this week, but it is stiff and some pain when I move, constant dull ache when just sitting.

Hope to start some light rehab work tomorrow, but it will take another miracle reaction to the TB500 to make that possible. Going to schedule appt with a specialist at the UofI if nothing improves through this up coming week.

Come on TB500... you are my only hope.
 
I had a lot of limitations in my movement and a lot of pain this morning. Not as much as before any treatment, but much worse than any other day over the past week.

TB4(aka TB500) was taken at around noon and I am feeling noticeable relief as I write this. More of a dull ache is I move but nothing as bad as this morning.
 
Feeling pretty decent today. Best day yet. But I will still take the rest of the week off to try to let it heal and not rush things. Still some discomfort and just two days ago it was a lot of pain again. Hoping I see continued recovery beyond today and I will start rehabbing it next week if all goes well.
 
TB500 today.
Shoulder has full ROM. Last night I still had some minor pain and a the clicking/popping if I did arm circles or a a front or lateral raise.

Today I felt decent enough to start rehabbing it with some light lifting. Very little discomfort, very weak, and just stuck to very light weights.

That is the good news! and I am very happy with the results thus far.

Bad news is I strained my groin over the weekend. some pain when I move or try to stand up etc--no biggy it is the name of the game and I have been through it before (shit happens). not severe but bad enough to take off lower body for the week. This will put the stack to the test because I can see how fast this heals.
