Two Month Peptide project

Yes site inject. I use 500mcg daily in conjunction with GH or ghrp's - idea is bpc157 will maximize GH response in injured tissue

Mine are from bluesky an somehow I got 6 5mg vials for $60. Definetly research grade where hopefully yours are clinical

what does your protocol look like? and do you spot inject?

wow! nice deal you got :D

I also spot inject. What I read was it increases formation of new blood vessels and circulation to an area over time, which may aid in healing. yes, mine are clinical... haha if I could get them for the deal you had gotten, I would likely be hitting every spot that ever aches.

again, congrats of that price!

The weights were kept light -- but I did a full workout today! first time in a while. Overheads were only 3 work sets of 10x 65 lb. but hey, it is a start! did some 15 lb DB side lateral raises as well for a couple sets of 15.

Sides so far:
Face flush sometimes at about 10 mins after dose and only last about 10 mins -- feels kinda strange like a hot flash.
Hungry is slightly increased but nothing annoying.

Positives:
I can tell recovery is getting better. Was ill and had a groin strain -- didn't squat for two weeks. Came back today and did sets of 12 @ 225 with ease (normally after a lay off work sets of 10 are a tax on my endurance).
Groin strain -- GONE!
Flexibility -- UP!
Recovery -- UP!
Shoulder injury -- feeling much better! I am at about 80% and just discomfort NOT pain anymore!

Peptides -- I am a believer now :D

Awesome. Pls keep updating. REMEMBER GO SLOW. Taking time off has decinditioned your muscles so anything more than what u just did is a stimulus for growth. Use this to your advantage and only add 5lbs a workout.

yes, I agree. Also, I have lost a LOT of strength. even though I have not tested it, I can tell just based upon the fact that I am getting some work even out of weights that are much lighter than what my warmup would have been 6 months ago.

I rather play it safe and let my body get stringer as opposed to stress a weak link and have another set-back.
So I am going to do full body three a week MWF, a lot like a starting strength or other popular full-body program except I will use a higher rep range.

Simply going to either add a rep or add +5 lb from session to session on the big compound lifts.

Here is what last night' s session looked like:

Rotator cuff circuit:
Cable external rotations: 5 lb x15
Cable internal rotations: 5 lb x20
Cable low-pully external rotations: 5 lb x12

Cable external rotations: 10 lb x15
Cable internal rotations: 10 lb x20
Cable low-pully external rotations: 5 lb x12

Cable external rotations: 15 lb x12
Cable internal rotations: 15 lb x20
Cable low-pully external rotations: 5 lb x12

Arm circles: forward, backwards, wide, and narrow.

Squats
135 lb x10
185 lb x6
225 lb x5
225 lb x10
225 lb x10 (near failure)

Flat Bench
135 lb x10
155 lb x10
155 lb x10
155 lb x10

Pendlay Row
95 lb x10
135 lb x10
135 lb x10
135 lb x10

Dips (really took it slow and felt it out to see if I could handle this movement)
BW x20
+45 lb x10

2 sets of 20 decline situps at the end of the workout.

Felt good. Only ran into mild discomfort with the rows and dips—but it was so slight that even in my extreme caution I did not feel I needed to omit any planned sets.
The ache was located just behind the outside (medial) half of my front delt. but actually felt a lot better after doing a set in whatever was giving me a little discomfort.

effects and Sides:
Hunger is no longer noticeably different from what it would be given the situation of that day.
I do get face flushing (hot flash) about 10 mins after the shots about half the time.
Flexibility seems to be higher than I would think given the amount of time I had away from exercise.
Strength is down (likely from time away) and I have not truly tested it yet (nor will I for some time).
Recovery seems normal.
Inflammation is down at the shoulder and anywhere else I have ever had an issue.

On a side note, my girlfriend has been using about half my dosage of only the mod GRF/GHRP2 combo twice a day (she is also into training and supplements), and she reports noticeable increase in her nail growth as well feeling her nails are better and stronger than they ever have been (usually she is disappointed with her natural real nails).

Just checking in with an update.

Recovery is going great. Taking it really slow but feeling good. Only very minor shoulder discomfort and really only occurs if I sleep on my side (with all my weight on my shoulder).

Overhead presses are up to 3 to 4 work sets of 85 lb x10. Sticking to the small +5lb increases week-to-week. Able to flat bench light weight--doing the same progression of +5lb and am around 170 lb work sets now. Able to do sets of about 8 good reps on wide-grip pullups. Barbell rows are a go at 150 lb. Very slight discomfort on squats (I low bar back squat and have poor shoulder flexibility) and deadlifts, but just sticking with the same idea of slowly building back up; I am at 3 sets of 235x10 for squats and 335x5 for deadlifts. I am happy to be moving around and at least making some progress towards getting back into things.

In addition to the sides I have listed in earlier posts:
Looks like I do have some added water retention.
Very sleepy feeling most days (feels like time for a nap 24/7 unless I am actually lifting or really focused on something).

Almost done with my first 2 months on the peptides and I am pleased enough with the results that I have ordered more GRF, GHRP-2, and Ipam (adding this as my pre-bed after my first 2 month supply of GHRP-2 is done) to last me for 6+ months. Going to add a 3rd dosage PWO of the GRF/GHRP-2 also.
