I was wondering what is the typical delivery time for a package. say from Moldova to u.s ?

I would guess about 2 weeks. Customs can throw that figure right out the window though. Really depends on how quickly it clears

3 days from moldolva.. Would have to be using that transporter machine from the old fly movie for that to happen.

Considering the time of year I would say 2-3 weeks leaning more towards 3 weeks.

Well I'm in the middle of the US and my packs from other countries have taken anywhere from 2 weeks to 30 days. When I order from overseas it's something that I don't need anytime soon that's for sure.
I also like regular airmail when getting those packs because my wife and I both work and can't make it to the post office before they close without having to use up vacation time to take off early. The regular airmail doesn't require a signature so it's more convenient for me. But it does take longer to get here. Just FYI: some overseas companies won't ship regular airmail.

Why would anyone post transit times or ask questions about transit times? The less info you post publicly the safer you and your source are. There's no reason this type of question can't be answered via PM.
