Typical middle age story.

Hello from Oregon USA! I'm a 41 year old male and have struggled with weight management and food drive my entire life. I'm 5'8" and started last year at approx. 300lbs with a visceral fat index of 19 with 45% bf. I was fed up (again) and started dieting (again). Lost a little weight in the first couple months, but in February I was surprised with a divorce. So as a typical mid life divorcee, I got serious about getting in shape. Hit a heavy caloric deficit and started lifting at a good local gym 4-5 days a week. Was able to drop around 50lbs but plateaued out and couldn't maintain a low enough deficit to break through.

Got a script for trizepitide but didn't care much for it. That lead me to the world of grey market peptides. Started taking retatrutide and then went through a few different stacks for weight loss, cellular health, energy, healing, and aesthetics. I slowly became a walking petri dish of sketchy research compounds. But it worked. It's been just over a year and I'm down to 195lbs with 19% BF and visceral fat index of 8. Currently I'm on reta, Tesa/Ipa, and a couple bioregulators/small molecules.

I'm in better shape now than I have ever been but I'm still not feeling like I'm running at optimal performance. My test is low but a little above hypogonadal levels so no insurance funded TRT. I have been taking enclomephine for about a month now and am getting my bloodwork done tomorrow to see if it's helping. I have been considering jumping on the TRT bandwagon, but the FB groups are full of people who have a lot of issues with their bloodwork. So I'm here to learn how to start that journey properly to avoid the headache of all those side effects. And while I'm here, maybe learn about some of the safer/milder AAS's to help me with my gains.
