Typical trainer cost?

How much do you guys typically spend on a trainer? Someone has offered to do my diet only for 125/month. I’m not quite sure on their background at the moment but they look really good..I’m just curious how much you guys typically spend on diet alone or training alone?

$50-$100 for a coach with a small portfolio and only npc level guys. This would be for 4 weeks with weekly check in covering diet, supplements, gear and training

$200/month could get you one of the best in the business who works with hundreds of athletes and ifbb pros.

Look at their credentials and who their clients are.

Diet is way too personal to just pay some generic ass dude that kind of money to give u a cookie cutter meal plan. His credentials also suck and don't really amount to anything that qualifies him to help other people besides himself.

Do yourself a favor and find out who his coach is, and then you can probably find out who that guys coach is as well and then maybe you'll be talking to somebody who's qualified to help someone.

The fitness industry has become a joke bc everyone with a decent IG page can sell a training program and a meal plan based on their looks and not their brain.

Rant over. Sorry for clogging your thread. Good luck.

Anyone with a bank account can do that

He could be national level physique for all we know

Won 5 overalls and won his class, the line up could've been shit.

Credentials should list where his education is from, client transformations and success stories

My problem with some trainers is they look great, but the give all the credit to their diets and workout routines.
When in reality they may just be taking a shit load of drugs and their diet/training could be subpar.

If it's motivation you need, then hire a trainer that will go and amp you up and had a bunch of great tasting recipes.

If it's the knowledge your hoping to gain from them, I think meso has most everything you need.
