UGfreak insanely slow?

UG freak has taken over a week to even ship my item yet alone update shipping, anyone else had similar bad experiences with them? It’s horrible rn

Yeah it’s fked, I want a refund at this point - customer service is horrible, insanely slow speeds.
They say they ship out 2 days post money being collected… it’s been an entire week and still no update
