Hi all been reading post on here for a few week, seems like a great forum for knowledge for noobs like myself lol.
I have been lifting for a few years nothing serious at all been on off really. made some nice natural gains and lost them due to some issues I wont talk about now, but now im back and taking lifting serious id like to get as big as I can naturally then maybe try a cycle but only when I have knuckled down for a while 1st. Anyway a big hello to yous here and thanks for posts ive already read

Haha yh I no the names abit shit was all I could think of at the time.
As for my stats its all just a guess really except for the ovious which is my age and height lol im 27 and 5'10 last time I checked the scales I was 12stone which was a while back and I feel bigger than that now have no idea where my BF is. I no I need some scales but how do you work out BF? this is probably a very noob question and has already been coverd Lol
 
How you doing pal welcome to meso I'm relatively new to but happy to help with stuff I know a we bit about. I bought calipers and use a phone app called body tracker has all the different tests all you do is put in the numbers from your callipers I use the test Jackson/Pollok 4. It's not 100% but should give you a good idea and you can check if you are going up or down which helps. The best way would be to have a dexa scan but from my experience looking them up in uk they are expensive. Hope that helps.
