Having a recent issue using Ultima Pharmacy. I have purchased from them before and I have had no issues. The past two orders I bought from the supposedly US warehouse. However, this time I purchased products for the Asia warehouse. This last purchase was on 12/6/23. The order was sent through China Post mail services and then USPS delivered the package once in the states. I know international shipments can take up to 30 days, so I have taken that into account. But what gets me is per the tracking number it stated it was delivered on 1/6/24, but it really was never delivered. The tracking number is a China Post tracking, so you cannot use this tracking with USPS tracking due to the tracking code format. I know they have these types of scams of fake tracking and so forth. I have tried to make contact with Ultima Pharmacy about the issue. They are usually responsive as I have communicated with them in the past. I have sent two tickets asking where my order is or what happened and it is like they went cold. It has been up to 13 days and not one response from this company. My question is, has anyone recently have issues with them or could provide some insight? Thanks!
