Ultimate lean mass routine!!

I actually got a guy that I work out with 34 years old started working at last June. He is 6"5" started at 216 now 260 all natural. He is still miles away from his peak and he is going to stay natural. I am going to suggest this to him. I hope you don't mind DD I am printing this off and giving it to him. I am excited because he will do it he listens to me and I get to watch it first hand.

DD how long does it typically take you to do this routine?
I'm usually limited to around an hour at the gym due to personal life.

Nice DD seems like a great routine for when one is cruising or in between cycles or even for the natural guy that has run into a wall with his workouts. I like the idea of running it this summer my life becomes very busy once June hits and this type of routine seems to free up time outside the gym. Gun to your head reps nice if this is applied to any routine I think you would see results.

Interested in thoughts about this type of routine being useful whilst on cycle?

One huge advantage I would say of this routines usefullness while on aas would be the increased frequencys of body parts being trained and the possilbility of even greater frequency if an adjustment is allowed because of a higher turnover rate of protein.etc So that would yield more growth windows in one week verses the bodypart split.so in one month time we could have 8-12 growth windows verses lets just say 4 growth windows from the once per week frequency.

you should be able to get it done in under an hour, I dont take long rest periods, maybe 45 seconds?

I've been running this program for the last few weeks. Always followed a split routine so it's a very different approach. I'm liking it but only early days... certainly surprised how taxing these workouts are. For what it's worth I'm probably taking about 70-75 mins to get through but I think once I get a bit more adjusted I could reduce the rest period.
