Well boys & girls i go in Monday for my hernia surgery & I'm not to excited for it lol. Just want the healing process to get started & eventually get back to 100%in the gym. I'm tired of babying this fucking thing. I'll keep posting my progress & maybe some pics. My biggest issue with this whole thing is the pain meds after the surgery. I've had a sketchy past with those damn things & don't wanna slip up. Just gotta stay strong & don't fuck up!

A lot of folks have CONGENITAL shit going on around their belly holes. MANY are not even "umbilical related" and more like "in the ney-bah-hood... Had one myself... Take yer mesh and like it mutherfucker. Take it.. You three hole gettin bastard... TAKE THE PAIN>>>>>////!!!!

Hay how was the recovery after surgery? I hear different stories on heal time. Just curious what I'm getting into.

Well boys & girls I'm home from hernia surgery. I got to the hospital at 7:15 & was out by 2:30. Tha actual surgery was about an hr long. It was minimally invasive & only had 2 points of entry. When they went in to fix 1 they found 2 more so I'm pretty happy i got it done. He also said he used a pain blocker that would wear off in 48hrs, so pain rite now is minimal (i was expecting alot of pain). I'll keep updating day to day so if anyone is curious about getting the surgery it might be helpful. No stitches outside just glue. Here's a pic 4hrs after surgery Screenshot_20170313-162426.png
@Millard Baker @Dr JIM @Michael Scally MD any advice to help with the healing process would be sooo appreciated & priceless.

Not a doc or a Millard, but had surgery last year. Take it easy. Hopefully doca gave you a stool softener. The opiates can cause some issues and there will be pain.

Take your time coming back too. No reason to rush it and end up worse than where you started.

Thanks for the advice homie! This is the first time in 2& a half yrs I've taken more than 2 days off in a row, i get stir crazy if i don't go. That being said I'm gonna follow the advice to a T on this. I don't wanna set myself back & i got some good tren waiting for my when I'm up & running ;) Again thanks Jay much appreciated & that's why i love this place.

Well guys a little more pain today but still not too bad. The constipation is gonna be an issue but taking stuff to counteract it. Sleeping is the biggest problem so far, i snore & choke while on my back. So i suggest putting pillows under neck & shoulders to almost a 45 angle to ease the breathing. Tomorrow the pain blocker starts to wear off so we'll see how that goes. I will keep ya posted.

Alright guys day 3 pain wise is about the same a yesterday. The constipation problem is now fixed & it feels alot better without the pressure. Swelling is starting to go down a little bit & tomorrow the bandage comes off so I'll post a pic of what's underneath(im pretty curious to see what's under there lol) i slept alot better last night & only woke 2 times to piss because I'm making sure to drink lots of water. Throat is back to normal after the breathing tube. So far it really hasn't been bad, with some of the stories i heard i was expecting so much more pain.

Well today is removal of the belly button dressing. I won't lie i was a little nervous because my mind was messing with me lol. I was hoping when i took it off my insides wouldn't come flopping out(i know I'm an idiot lol)
The pain still isn't bad at all, i was cleaning the house today because I'm starting to go stir crazy. Sleeping is alot better because i can lay on my side again without it getting sore. I still have some swelling but I'm pretty happy with my decision to have it done. IMG_20170316_193416.jpg

Yeah no doubt it looks to be more common than I thought. I guess heavy lifting and this goes hand in hand.

Alright guys the swelling is going down day by day. The only way i can describe the feeling is if you've gotten punched or kicked in the stomach, just like a big bruise. The bruising is a little worse since i took off the bandage but no worries. Been going out everyday keeping mobile & busy. Today I'm gonna go to the gym & try some baby weights & cardio. Well the swelling has gone done some more & the bruising is disappearing. It's just gonna be a slower process than i want lol. I've been to the gym a couple times & so far so good. Very light weight & no movement that activates my core. Also i sneezed for the first time & that kinda sucks haha.

Well I'm healing nicely. Sitting for long periods of time then standing i can feel it pulling/stretching in there. That's probably because it's attaching to my insides like it's supposed to. But with that i feel it all the time, no pain or anything like that just know that it's in there. Also don't overeat because it makes you feel it more & a little uncomfortable.
