Slow down there cowboy... I don't know this dude Procreations but your story makes no sense to me. Scammed you yesterday?! How the hell do you KNOW you were scammed? Because he hasn't answered your PMs in the last 24 hours? I just looked at his profile and he hasn't been on here since yesterday morning, almost 24 hours ago!!
You want to make accusations like that you're going to have to be a little more specific. And please don't tell me the order was only a few hundred dollars.
I could be wrong but your wacky post history tells me something is a little off with you. You're the guy that walks around at 3% BF right? [

Talked a little about this with a prof friend who does a lot of related (sort of, not aas) research, and was told this kind of study is extremely common in the US with other types of illegal drugs - with drug companies or even the CDC funding them. She said one of the most difficult tasks in these studies is to get people to participate, and she thought providing the participants results of the test was a valid incentive.
She also said she might even be interested in “writing a grant” for something similar. I was relating some of the experiences I’ve had with UGLs, Herc being a prominent example of course. I assured her participation would not be an issue. I’m not sure if she was joking, but she mentioned her main concern beyond getting funded would be ensuring a negative (anti-aas) result for the study as the reverse could harm her reputation and ability to get grants.

While I believe this may be true but this still does not legitimize this guy.
I know you weren’t saying he was legit, you were just giving your findings. It is imperative that we stay safe and watch like a hawk for LE and scammers!
I definitely wasn't saying he is legit, since I have no idea. I need to ask, but I bet there is a way to verify if a particular university is involved in a particular study.
