What would u guys suggest to do about uneven muscle growth. Like say my right tri is overall bigger than my left. Strangely there is no strength difference really. Same go with quads. Is it I need to train extra on the smaller side. Or train less on the bigger side. Also my right pec has about a 3/8 gap in it 1/4 way down starting on inside and runs half way out towards my arm. Like no muscle fibers at all there. My left does not have this at all. I have no idea how that happen that way. I started free weights only. That didn't help at all.i tried to target it with specific lifts. I swear made it worse. I won't even take my shirt off bothers me so much. Feel like peeps stare at it.
