Upcoming Cutting Cycle Suggestions

Hi all, I’m planning my second cycle out and just wanted to get some input. My first cycle ended in January 2021 and I’m planning on starting my second cycle 4 weeks into my caloric deficit (probably some time in May). I also plan on homebrewing my gear (not really relevant to this thread though).

Currently, I’m planning on starting with 250 mgs sustanon per week alongside 25 mgs Proviron per day. My goal is to use the proviron to increase my free test since I did a PCT and my SHGB is back within normal range. As the cycle progresses, I’ll titrate up the dosage of Test and replace the Proviron with Tbol. I was planning on using Anavar but my raw source was out. I’m not sure what Tbol dosage to use but it seems pretty well tolerated at high dosages. Tbol would be my “fun” oral to use PWO for pumps and endurance. If my BP gets too high I’ll have to readjust, obviously.

Towards the end of my cut, when I’m 8% BF or leaner, I’ll reintroduce proviron at >50 mgs per day for some extra hardness.

Any recommendations for Tbol/Proviron dosages, or suggestions/critiques in general?

Why not just naturally with l carnitine and an eca stack then use the cycle time to gain mass? I personally don't see a reason to cut enhanced as a beginner. Just my opinion though. Which is individual based and could easily not coincide with your goals but that's only because I believe we only have so many cycles in the tank so why not make the most of the first couple and build the best base possible. Using the time between cycles to cut.

But as for your question. I unnecessarily tossed Tbol onto the start of my cycle just because I kept hearing so many good things. I wanted the first hand experience. Pumps are good at 40mg ED, endurance increased. I bumped it up to 60mg ED these last few days and my vascularity has seen a very noticeable increase. Shoulders are much rounder and pronounced..Definitely a fun compound. But id still make sure to run nac/tudca. Omega 3 high dose, ubiquinol, and citrus berg. For liver/kidneys and bp/heart health

Thanks for your input! I’m running Omegas right now but I’ll be sure to increase the dose when I add tbol. I’ll definitely take into account these supplement recommendations.

If you're worried about bp citrus bergamot and ubiquinol/coq 10 are must haves. Same with 81mg daily aspirin before bed. Id increase that dosage now. It's for your blood pressure. Why would you wait till there's a problem when you could simple take the steps to prevent it before hand. Knock your bp down now so that when you do add stuff it doesn't increase nearly as much/go as high as it would've

If you plan to run any methylated steroid 100% make sure your water intake is topped out and you're running liver supports such as nac/tudca. Tbol isn't crazy toxic but like I said our organs have only so many cycles in the tank. Run every supp you can to help maintain your markers.

Ehh recomping is meh. You won't gain as much muscle as if you bulked or lose as much fat as if you had just cut. Recomps tend to be more of a long term thing. Or when running tren it seems but I have no experience in that and likely never will(so I tell myself).

Like suggested 40mgs is a good starting dose. I personally would not go lower than that. I would also split the dose for twice a day dosing due to the ~12 hour half life. Unless it is an oral like halo, I believe stable blood levels throughout the day are better than an all at once bolus dosing preworkout. I would also have taurine on standby because(for me anyway) the back and shin pumps can get ridiculously painful.
