I will make another announcement when the book is shipping.

For the really stubborn site fat have you thought about stacking Cryolipolysis?

The whole PAH thing is a wild card. Wonder if the GH may help avoid that. Probably a long shot.

You sure you replied to the right thread? This is an update thread for his book - which we’ve all been anticipating.

You’re missing the “&” in the title as well as half the title, and post.

Once you see that his post might make more sense.
And an appropriate reply includes the results of cryolypolisis and liposuction as a method of fat reduction when we’re talking about GLP-1 and rHGH?

I genuinely value the articles; despite my limited expertise in medicine and science, I find great pleasure in exploring well-crafted ideas.

Both this article and the forthcoming book appear to be perfect for those interested in body recomposition or weight loss objectives.

Wishing you the absolute best @Type-IIx. I assure you I will be purchasing your wonderful endeavor as soon as possible.

@Type-IIx one thing I'm confused about is "visceral fat". Some articles claim it is only intra abdominal fat around organs, others claim is that and the visible fat around the abdomen as well. These areas seem to be very different types of fat deposits. Is it just splitting hairs or is there a difference?

The fact that abdominal visceral fat is often simply referred to as “visceral fat” can sometimes cause confusion. When the amount of “visceral fat” is measured from the abdominal region, it is arguably more appropriate to label it as abdominal visceral fat instead of “visceral fat.” As mentioned above, visceral fat includes not only the abdominal visceral fat but also the fat depots that surround other non-abdominal organs, such as the epicardial fat. Figure 2 shows how different types of body fat relate to abdominal visceral fat.

I don't care for how the authors use the term "high-fat diet" but the article is instructive on anatomy/physiology if nothing else.

Thanks! That makes sense. Slightly different wording. Technically, visceral fat is just the fat around organs within the abdominal and chest cavity. I was probably reading things that said "visceral fat" and some that said "abdominal visceral fat" and not picking up the difference.

It's hair-splitting, I refer to it in the context of bodybuilding to include as well the abdominal & iliac crest depots, comprising (in medical terms) subcutaneous fat that is qualitatively "male" with respect to anthropometric typology. Those most stubborn (i.e., central) male depots.

Hey, brother. Will you be making your book into PDF version as well. As you know PDFs are just nice for quick search and referencing. It would be a nice add on for those that purchase the hard copy.

@readalot, you have to explain why that’s funny. Lol.

Maybe you missed it?

Still an opportunity to do the honorable thing.

Maybe you missed it?

Lmao. I see why you laughed now. I did miss that one. I’m still down with a watermarked PDF if he does go that route though. I’ve got to find his site and see how he plans on releasing everything. I like a good hard and digital copy.

For serious reads I am still old school hard copy.

Hey, I came out and stated very clearly I was buying the book and then you can see what went down.

Best wishes. Take care.

PS... don't send me any leading affirmative statements via PM. LOL.
