US Domestic Telmisartan?

Apologies if this is not correct forum to ask, will delete if so.

Looked through other forums for domestic Telmisartan and most posts are pretty outdated or don’t lead to anything. I’m dealing with some slightly elevated BP and ordered some telmisartan through ReliableRXPharmacy but could take up to a month before it delivers. Wanted to see if any domestic sources here have that could ship quicker? I realize Telmisartan is tricky for US and can get expensive for sources to carry but figured I’d check just in case

A domestic source would be your primary care physician. BP meds are one of the most common things prescribed in the United States and generic versions are extremely cheap. This is one of those things that’s actually easier to do the legal, normie way.

Download an app called push health, you can request medication prescriptions online. You’ll message back and forth with a clinician sometimes or they may push your prescription through. When picking your preferred pharmacy look up the cheapest on goodrx, I’d suggest asking for 180 day prescription. It may not be cheaper than the underground but it works. After you get prescription for any stable meds you’d like. The next time you meet with your PCP, tell them the new meds you’re on, they can oversee care and write your new prescription and refills.

Edit: your insurance will cover the script from push health( depending on your insurance obviously) but you have to pay for the initial online visit. Once your PCP takes over this is when it will be much cheaper since you are already paying for the visit on your check ups, and they do refills for free when the pharmacy request a new script.

That is wild. There must be restrictions on what they can prescribe right? But I imagine metformin is doable too??

Metformin for sure. Tons of people get their Ozempic/Mounjaro prescriptions through Push/Alpha too.

I imagine they can prescribe anything. I get my Adderall prescription from an online place ( donefirst.com )

How do you get an invite email?

Look.at this deal. Been getting mine from Mexico. Shipping $15 from a legit pharmacy so it never gets seized but the only let you order 9 boxes at a time. Takes about 3 weeks though. Search pharmacia del nino.

I think they can prescribe a lot of stuff. When I got ezetimbe through them they wanted to see a blood work. They also wanted to do a statin, I refused and got the ezetimbe. Another cool thing I forgot to mention is, if you don’t get a prescription within 72 hours the “consultation” fee is refunded. At least it says that online.
As far as the email invite. I don’t think that’s correct. Definitely use the app, and make sure you’re logging in as a patient and not a provider. I wish I could be more help.

Goodrx does this too...they limit blood pressure meds to one refill a year though but I think it's 90 days worth. You can get as much cialis though as you want but they make you pay online appointment fee every 6 months for ed meds. They have a list of all the meds you can get.

When you try to do that it says you need to have been emailed an invite, and if you just try to sign up with your email anyway it says it's not found as one that's received an invite

Interesting and no customs issues? What else you order from them?
