USA Discounted Blood work

TLDR: A new service is available in the US that allows purchasing of discounted labs, processed by LabCorp (Quest pending). It is a subscription based service that is priced lower than most every other available service. Details are available here: Fitomics Research Labs . Use code MESO for 5% off of lab orders (does not apply to subscription fee).

This is a few of the more common tests available compared to the existing popular services. Of course the other services often have discount codes, but you will find that Fitomics is still a better deal.

For those who like more detail. Fitomics is a Birmingham based fitness lab. Led by Cody Haun, PhD, they take a science based approach to individual responses to interventions. You can see some of Cody's research publication here.

I have been working with Fitomics for over a year as a customer. I have seen great gains while working with them. As part of their science based approach, we often ordered routine and detail blood work. I realized early on, that their prices were AMAZING. I eventually convinced them to offer this service to individuals outside the local area. Soft-launched in May of 2024, Fitomics has served over 200 orders and is now opening to the public.

Currently all orders go through LabCorp. They are diligently working to bring Quest as an option as well. Of course a few states (NY,NJ), this service is not available.

This is a monthly subscription service to order labs at these prices. The subscription fee covers all lab draw fees. If you are ordering a single IGF-1 test, then this service does not make sense. For those testing many biomarkers on a regular cadence, this could save significant money. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time.

Feel free to reach out for specific questions or to request additional tests be added. There are a number of Meso members who have already used this service.

This is a great referral. I looked thru the site they offer non subscription labs at a slightly higher price, but still cheaper than anything I’ve seen.

What services work in NY state? I need uncapped bloodwork done and labcorp is capped at 1500 it seems any time that I have done it.
This test from LabCorp is capped at 2500. Quest does have an uncapped version.

Testosterone, Free, Direct With Total Testosterone, LC/MS-MS
TEST: 070195

CPT: 84402; 84403

I signed up a few weeks ago, I then ordered a Comprehensive Men’s Wellness Panel for $395. While I was at LabCorp I asked them to give me a quote for the test without insurance. She told me $1,100. Hopefully Quest gets added. Results from LabCorp take much longer than Quest.

I subscribed to quarterly insider 5 weeks ago. Between doc and self, I take labs about every 2 weeks. With the amount and frequency I need labs, seems the subscription price pretty much pays for itself--with the added discount(s). During my search, these guys had the most competitive pricing. Also, used their lab "request" form to ask them to add a lab not on their current list... it took about 2 days for them to add it in. Note: As of now they only order through LabCorp. On my first lab, it took LabCorp 1 week (7 days) to process/provide results. I don't know if that has to do with the amount of labs I requested (alot) or labcop delays. 7 days is too long for CBC when checking Hematocrit. I just ordered and went for a smaller set of labs, will update here on timing for that. My doc does CBC "STAT" (same day processing), and crit is lower on those. Otherwise, maybe I'll ask Fitomics to add a Stat CBC panel... I'm sure those are probably expensive.
