Vanargandar - First Cycle Log - [START 09/25/22]

Also @Shivathedestroyer is very experienced! he can give you some great advice. I haven't seen him here in a bit

I dont know why you did stop everything cold turkey didnt realize you did.

testosterone aromatizes into e2. if your test is low, then you wont have much e2(maybe for a bit after its crashed).

its like wondering why you dont have any bread if you didnt have any flour to begin with.

Masteron doesnt have to be used at a low bodyfat. it is still a very anabolic agent that can result in growth.

its dated to think that mast wont provide gains. its also a great anabolic ancillary for 19 nors.

I agree with the 420/420mg lol

why not just say 400/400
The daily administrations make it a PITA to measure out exactly what I'd need on an insulin syringe. I'd rather just round up to the nearest IU because I'm super OCD, lol. 60mg of Test/60mg of Mast per day is just so much easier. Plus my wife and I get to laugh that I'm doing 420mg's :p

Yeah he's been super helpful so far and his PFP clearly shows he's experienced. So I'll be taking his advice, fixing a few things, and hopefully updating this thread with some good news in the near future.

EDIT: Taking a month off cold turkey was one of the absolute dumbest things I've ever done, especially knowing better. But I figured a month wouldn't be terrible since I've been on TRT for so long. I'm curious what your or @Shivathedestroyer's thoughts would be to add in something like an HCG to kinda' "jumpstart" everything. GL has been out of HCG for weeks now and I don't know any other domestic sources on here worth trusting that sell it...any help with that would be appreciated.

hcg to jump start what?

why are you on TRT to begin with?

is this prescribed?

why do you have to do daily injections anyways?

Mainly libido and E2.

I got on at 28 because my levels were constantly and consistently below 150, and yes, it's prescribed.

I have read and was also advised by my doc that more frequent injects create more stable blood concentration levels, also less side-effects like acne. Anything from every day to 3 days a week from what I've been told are better than a once weekly schedule. I might switch to 3x weekly just because I've been doing daily injections for over a year now and it's just tedious...obvioulsy if I can get away with 3x a week with no side-effects, I'd prefer that.

I guess I do not understand all the logic here man. Just get back on your trt for a bit.

when you do cycle just stick to test and mast. 300/300 for your first cycle. I feel like you are kind of all over the place right now.

dont do HCG. you aren't kickstarting anything. stop throwing random crap at your body.

Lay off the eggs with those labs. Lol
Trust me man, even without eggs or gear my lipids will always looked fucked because of familial hypercholesterolemia. But yeah they're pretty fucked, I'll be retesting in 4-5 weeks to see how everything looks just on a regular TRT dose and the aforementioned supplements added in.

Some people report lots of eggs highly increases cholesterol. Guess not everyone. Eggs don't raise mine.
its dated information. studies and modern medical knowledge says otherwise. People are still wrapped up in dietary cholesterol.

Dietary cholesterol and egg yolks: Not for patients at risk of vascular disease.

There are some more modern studies that do have alot of limitations that assoicated with cancer risks, increase CVD, etc but it was an observational study. I think one of the biggest issues with it is that they didnt evaluate the person's lifestyle.

As we know even being overweight/hypercaloric intake can cause worsening lipids. So it is unfair to place the weight of it on simply eggs

I agree I can eat a lot of eggs. But there are some bodybuilders that are sensitive to eggs. I've seen so many videos on it like even Derek from more plates more dates... If he eats more than two eggs a day his lipids go to crap. It's not a high percentage of people but some people with high cholesterol have problems processing eggs if they eat more than one a day.

I like the vertical diet as well but a lot of bodybuilders have come out and said that the four eggs a day messed up their lipids. A lot of the guys following the vertical diet thought it may be the red meat but most of them dropped the eggs and their lipids returned to normal. Again. . it's not a huge percentage of people but if I was having problems with my lipids and I was eating four eggs a day....I would definitely run some Labs without eating four eggs a day and see if it cleaned up my lipids a little.

I'll be a guinea pig and after my next bloodwork, completely cut out eggs and see if it changes anything, obviously without changing any other variables.

Out of 15 labs only once did my lipids go to complete shit and it was the keto diet I tried for 6 months. Only time ever total cholesterol got above 200...Lots off eggs but also cheese and bacon weekly. Lipids returned to normal after I went back to a regular diet but I still eat eggs. I just cut out bacon to like 3x a year. Stopped daily eggs and reduced cheese.

I don't even like bacon, but I could legit eat eggs every day, I never get tired of them. Funny enough, the best my lipids have ever looked was on a ketogenic diet. Total cholesterol went up a little, but my triglycerides went down a shit ton and my HDL was pristine, obviously LDL went up, but nothing crazy. I'm also not a huge supporter of the whole "blood lipid hypothesis" in the wrong context.
