Var vs Low Abdomen fat

I’ve read in a few articles and heard vigorous steve mention that anavar has an affinity for helping burn lower abdomen fat. Has anyone seen this play out in reality? I’ve been able to get dickskin lean just about everywhere but my lower abs. I’m pretty sure the correct answer to this is simply “diet harder, pussy”. I don’t expect it to be a magic bullet by any means but if I can milk a couple extra percentage points out of it I’ll take it. Planning on sprinkling it in further into my cut either way, but was curious is anyone had any anecdotal experience on this.

I've personally, at least in trained individuals never have ever seen any steroid actually burn off fat directly. It has always 100% of the time at least for me required plain old calorie deficit.

Perhaps look into yohimbine
Actually just started the ECY stack for the first time 2-3 weeks ago and I’m really enjoying it. Seem to be responding well and 0 unwanted side effects. I’ve raw dogged all my previous cuts and there’s definitely been a noticeable difference.

Actually, i think this does happen. I noticed it on myself. I also noticed things like ralox changing my fat in certain area. It may not happen for everybody. It may depend on the individual’s fat type that is unique to that individual. I wouldn't take it for this reason though. It's more of a side effect than happens and you start to notice it at the end.

That's a simple way of thinking about it. Body fat is complex. Absolutely certain drugs can affect it.
Can you lose body fat? Absolutely, but not from just one area.

Look at what Dr. Mike Israetel had to go through... He had an extreme procedure done to get rid of his love handles. If spot reducing fat was possible with a pill like Anavar, don’t you think he would’ve just taken that instead (or something else)?

I wonder if he tried not prepping on protein bars and cheese balls before he went under the knife

Make sure you are fasted when you take yohimbine or it won't work and you'll waste your money. Any sugar in you cancels out yohimbine"s effects. That's why if you accidentally overdose it you can just eat something sugary and you'll slowly return back to normal but you'll probably still feel crappy for a few hours, you just won't feel like you're dying. Dr. Dean has a good story about when this happened to him. Yohimbine's working dosage is 0.2mg/kg so if you are 100kg you need 20mg. Work up slowly as it takes some time to build up to that without feeling like you're going to die. Look up Lyle McDonald's stubborn fat loss book. His add on "patch" book to it tells you how to add in beta blockers to further increase fat burning

Do we even need these magical fat loss tricks at this point? You can get super lean on a cheap Chinese GLP, a little test and a some light walking.

Everything else is just a waste of time, health and money.
I agree on that one. The GLP-1 medications pretty much solve the problem but some people may want to see what a particular substance will do to their body. It's not worth using Anavar just to burn fat but since it can burn fat, it can be a nice side effect when it happens. But to the people who want to make a choice for health and effectiveness, GLP-1 medications are the way to go.

Yea I’ve been taking it before fasted cardio. I do another dose midday 4-5 hours after a carb meal, not sure if the yohimbine has any effect in that scenario but it has caffeine and some other shit (green tea extract, ect) and if I’m just getting the caffeine boost I’m happy with that. 7.5mg seems to be working great but I may start titrating up.

Nice! I know a lot of people never get up to the 0.2mg/kg mark bc they say it makes them feel like death. I asked Lyle about it and he suggested l-theanine. I ended up buying some nutricost caffeine pills that are 100mg caffeine/100mg l-theanine. Really takes away the jittery crappy feeling I was getting with yohimbine. I got the prima force yohimbine at first since since they are 2.5mg so I could really titrate every other cardio session. Then when I reached 20mg I switched to the 5mg yohimbine from nutricost. Now that my body is used to it I've gone a month off and been able to jump right back on at 20mg without any crazy side effects anymore

It can affect the location of growth/shrinkage? Ok

It disproportionately causes lipolysis of a certain type of fat which is more densly populated in the abdomen region - I can't remember the exact mechanism by which it works by typeIIx has referenced in a few of his articles. So yeah, it can, to some extent cause fat reduction in abdominal area at a greater rate than you would experience without

However

1) how significant this increase in abdominal fatloss is, in practical terms, it's probably greatly underwhelming to most. (Unless you're some YouTube Influencer to who a 0.05% boost in something is a reason to promote a novel compound as the next big thing).

2) this isn't liposuction. The fatcell is emptied, not removed. Once you're off anavar your normal genetic body fat pattern will revert back and over a a period of a 6 weeks or so your body will begin to redistribute fat to where it thinks it should be for your given bf%

In short - paper may say it helps, the practice is much different
