Vegan Gains



I guess it's the whole being a vegan thing.

No, I don't think it's the vegan thing...think this guy spends more time playing computer video games (clue: the THREE computer screens in the background)...but REALLY what it is....are those DragonBall Z action figures in the background...that's why his bench hasn't increased Lol

(also.....he uses way too close of a grip for someone with his arm length)...but for realsies...my money is the Piccolo on his desk.

Damn his bench really does suck, I would be embarrassed to post that. His grip is way too close, thats botderline narrow grip.

He's calling it a chest exercise but he's isolating the fuck up of his triceps. I bet if he widened his grip, brought his shoulder blades closer together, and didn't tuck his elbows in so much he could probably press 225. Still sucks though.

Lol yea and after this video Im certain hes all natty. Hes got good genetics it looks like but thats about it. Hes actually pretty damn skinny.

I think it is the Vegan thing in one of his videos he advocates and goes by an 80/10/10 diet
Carbs/fat/Protein.
 
I myself am approaching the two year mark of being vegan and it's really fucking challenging but I still make gains! As far as this kid being natty does it really fucking matter?
What does matter is benching 185 and talking shit is weak sauce!!
He looks pretty nerdy, I wouldn't be suprised if he was natty.

Some people workout and play sports for fun, or just to stay lean and in good shape. Or for some people it's there job.
But bottom line is.....

I would look retarded if I put on 30 pounds in 12 weeks, lol would definitely be obvious. I personally don't want that look. I like being able to scratch my own back, and I have always wondered how a 270 lb Body builder would even be able to Snowboard or ride a mountain bike or get in and out of there car?

I am lean and pretty ripped for my size but I stay looking Natty for the most part, yes I have been questioned about being on.
But for the most part people think I am a just a workout freak.
You gents are just still living in a closed minded era.
We are living in progressive times.
There are no longer any rules or rhyme or reason to the game.

The guy is a deadhead that talks shit about everyone who doesn't share his views. Calls all non vegan people ignorant and he's just an all around prick. I'll shit talk him just for the hell of it. You on the other hand can be vegan and there's nothing wrong with that. If it works for you that's a great thing, just don't tell me I'm wrong because of the way I eat like that little turd does.
 
I was under tge imperfection that vegetable protein was a incomplete protein. When compared to whey, egg, beef

Vegans can still get complete protein sources but yes,most vegetables and non meat/dairy/fish/etc sources are incomplete. One can also combine different incomplete protein sources to get the necessary EAAs

Well i buy vegetable protein and mix with egg and whey. So i guess it would be somewhat similar

No wonder he has issues with bench...now only if he tried benching with a wider grip then he'll have more success.
