I ordered some products from Human Labs and 3-4 days after payment I still don't have a response. I feel like they just took my money and are now ignoring me completely. When I had questions I would get a response from them within 1-2 days, then, after having actually paid money, all the sudden they go mute?

Are these people scammers? I understand the rules of this forum, but I think it's pretty messed up they make it impossible for new people to reach out to suppliers via PM. If they refuse to answer e-mails then how can you even get your money back?

I need a tracking number don't I? Yes I expect to receive an order confirmation and a tracking number. Do you always gaslight people like this if they share a concern with you? Turn it down a notch. Nobody is being forced or harassed.

The point is that I asked if he received the money and was just ignored after that. I think its normal to think after 3 days that maybe he just took the money. I just want to confirm if the supplier is legit.

They work super slow. Relax. It can take a week or two to get tracking after the payment is done.

A little research would've showed that HL handling times are not the fastest.

I suggest you to research better next time before placing an order.

I agree that all sources should reply after payment was received. After knowing that, I feel at ease because I’ve never been ripped off in 14 years after receiving payment confirmation.

But not everyone sends tracking and I’m ok with that. Just let me know you got my money and I’m patient after that.

I placed about 4 orders from HL, after payment I never waited more than 4/5 days for tracking, indeed this only happened with the last order, the previous ones I received tracking at most 2 days after payment. I'm not complaining, there are times when they have more orders to process and this affects communication and tracking times. That's normal, you always feel comfortable with them, they're an established source that makes legit medicines. Be patient and you will get your tracking. no one has ever been scammed by HL.
