Did you contact them? What did they say? Not that its necessarily excusable, but they may have had a bad batch of rubber stoppers. I had the same thing to happen to me from pharmacom ages ago, they replaced free of charge.

I change my emails frequently for safety but apparently these guys keep records for however long to know i havent used this email before. Safety is just dropping off

He offered to replace it at first then turned to me being a scammer and stopped emailing.

I high advise against using this source if you want to stay safe.
